This superb south-facing villa is located on a hillside, just a few minutes’walk from the stunning sandy beach of Mikri Vigla. Guests can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Aegean Sea from every room and terrace, with no fewer than seven Cycladic islands visible on the horizon. The villa is sheltered from the north wind and nestled in a peaceful, quiet environment, well away from the main road, ensuring total tranquillity. Two supermarkets, two bakeries, and five excellent restaurants are located nearby.

Eden villa offers five double bedrooms, four bathrooms with toilets, and an additional separate guest toilet. With five double beds and two single beds, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests. Two high chairs, one infant cot, and one baby bath are available upon request.

Outside, the villa features a spacious terrace shaded with pergolas, a large private swimming pool of 45 square meters surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor shower, two dining areas, a lounge space, a Weber barbecue, a bar, and a beautifully landscaped garden. Two Wi-Fi networks (Starlink) ensure high-speed internet access both indoors and outdoors. A private driveway with on-site parking is also available.

An experienced local property manager will welcome you upon your arrival in Naxos and guide you to the villa. The manager will provide you with all the necessary information and assistance you may need. Weekly cleaning is included. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided.

This bedroom includes a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. It offers direct access to the terrace and swimming pool.

• Bedrooms 2 & 3 (upstairs):
Each bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed. They share a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Both open onto their own private, spacious terraces with spectacular sea views.

• Bedroom 4 (ground floor, independent entrance):
This bedroom features a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. It also opens directly onto the terrace and swimming pool.

• Bedroom 5 (ground floor, independent entrance):
Ideal for families, this bedroom features a queen-size bed, as well as two single beds (185 x 90 cm each) positioned one above the other, suitable for children or teenagers. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. There is also direct access to the terrace and pool.

All bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
