The 90 m² house has an uninhabited ground floor and a first floor composed of a kitchen, a living-dining room, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and WC, a bedroom with a bed double, shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs, superb bedroom with exposed beams, WC, shower and sink.
Outside, an adjoining terrace with garden furniture allows you to enjoy a view of the river. The house has a second terrace of 200 m² on the banks of the Dordogne, independent and accessible by crossing a road little used by cars.
The terrace, fully fenced with security lock, has water and electricity in the chalet (small fridge to avoid round trips), a garden furniture and deckchairs. Located in the commune of DOMME, at Lieu-dit 'Le port', by the river, in a quiet but not isolated location where shops (butcher, bakery, pharmacy, press, restaurants, convenience store, etc.) are accessible on foot (less than 500 meters).
