The property is a 7-room house thoughtfully arranged over a ground floor and a lower ground floor, combining generous living areas with well-appointed private spaces.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room ideal for relaxing and gathering, a dedicated dining room perfect for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dining table and direct access to the patio for outdoor dining. The master bedroom on this level features a double bed measuring 180 cm, a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC, and direct access to the terrace. A second double bedroom is also located on the ground floor.

The lower ground floor hosts 3 additional bedrooms. One double bedroom on this level enjoys direct access to the terrace, while a further bedroom contains 2 beds, and the fifth bedroom is furnished with both a single bed and a double bed.
