On the main floor, the living and dining area is a welcoming space centred around an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, with direct access to the garden. The 1 open double bedroom is equipped with a distinctive corner bath and enjoys access to the loggia. A kitchenette on this level is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom on this floor features a shower, bidet, WC, and a double hand-basin.

On the upper floor, an open gallery with sloping ceilings, ranging in height from 80 to 180 cm, provides an additional sleeping area with 1 double futon bed and a flat-screen satellite TV. Throughout the property, warm wooden floors add to the refined and inviting atmosphere.
