This beautiful holiday home with a swimming pool is located just 200 m from the sea and the beach in the Dalmatian coastal town of Sveti Petar between Biograd and Zadar and is therefore ideal for exploring both cities.
The house offers 200 m² of living space for up to 8 people. The premises are spread over several floors:
On the ground floor of the house there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the first floor of the house there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. Furthermore, on the first floor there is a living/dining room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
There are three air conditioners, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
A large sea-view terrace is on the first floor. The garden is completely surrounded by a high fence so guests can enjoy their privacy. The 25 m² pool, sun loungers, garden furniture, outdoor shower and barbecue are also in the garden. There are three parking spaces in front of the house.
The Zadar region is known for its historical and natural beauty. The city itself is over 2000,000 years old and has been on the UNESCOS list of cultural heritage since 2017. Out of 8 national parks in Croatia, 5 are located near Zadar and 3 nature parks - Telaščica, Velebit and Vransko jezero, caves and nesting sites for birds.
There is the Kornati National Park with its 150 islands that can be visited on a one-day boat tour. The same tour offers a visit to Telaščica Nature Park. Krka National Park is only 50 minutes away. There you can swim under beautiful waterfalls, walk in the forest and observe different species that live in the park. Tours are organized to Plitvice National Park, one of the most famous places in Europe with beautiful lakes and waterfalls.
You can also visit Paklenica National Park and take a climbing course there. On the other side of Velebit is Sjeverni Velebit National Park where you can visit rescued bears. Every part of Zadar region has its own beauty to explore: wine tasting, sightseeing, surfing... an adventure awaits you at every corner of this beautiful region.
