Experience the real San Francisco, stay where the locals live, my apartment is in the perfect location, if you are visiting this fabulous city on business or new resident, my apartment has it all.
Walk to China Beach, Ocean Beach, the Presidio and Golden Gate Park.
Queen Bed in the bedroom, Double sofa bed in the living room, Full Kitchen, TV, high speed internet, a working Log Fire(Gas)for those foggy evenings.
Perfect location, Close to Tech Shuttles, Golden Gate Park, The Presidio, Baker Beach and Lincoln Park Golf course.
If you are here on business, there is an Express bus to downtown right outside my front door. If you are visiting as a tourist and wish to experience the real San Francisco, then my apartment is the logical place, do not get ripped off in the high priced tourist restaurants, eat where the locals eat, there are many Ethnic restaurants within a few blocks, have a beer at some of the best neighborhood bars in the city. If you really want to be a tourist, take a walk to the Cliff House for dinner.
I own the building, it has 2 apartments and a retail store, the other apartment is occupied by a retired school teacher and his wife, The neighborhood: Richmond/Seacliff
The Richmond/Seacliff neighborhood has world-class recreation; you are within walking distance of 3 fantastic beaches, Ocean beach, China beach or Baker beach.
Golden Gate Park is only 5 blocks from the apartment. You also have a municipal golf course, Lincoln Park Golf; it is a short 6 blocks from the apartment.

New Years in San Fran

We absolutely loved our time in Central Richmond on Geary Blvd. Pauls apartment is perfect! It is well stocked, immaculate and perfectly located to all things San Fran. Paul graciously makes recommendations on restaurants and local attractions which was a gift. Read through them and try a few. You will be glad you did! Parking was an issue almost everywhere we went around town but had very little issues around the apt. This is a gem and we will definitely visit Geary Blvd again!

Very nice apartment at a walking distance to the beach!

We really liked our stay in this apartment with everything within a walking distance or accessible with the bus. With the bus #29 and #38 right at the corner, you can go anywhere in SF for cheap. The apartment is really nice, clean and big and the washing machine in the apartment is a huge + for us that don't really like laundromats. There's plenty of space for 4 people in the apartment. Only thing is the noise, it's the usual city noise + opening and closing of the ACE store downstairs, I think that new windows could help to soundproof a little better. Also, Paul was very easy to communicate with and I recommend his apartment and him as a host! All in all, everything was worth it!

Excellent, well-equipped apartman for a few

We went to San Francicsco on business purpose and this apartment was a very good choice. Well-equipped, clean, very good price for value. Elegant coffee shop right at the opposite of the road with delicious handmade breakfast. Bus stops at front of the apartman, Uber takes you to the downtown in 20 min. I'd choose again this apartman.

Great location!

The apartment was located perfectly for us to walk to the shore, parks, and beaches at the shore as well as drive in and out. We had everything we need in the apartment, it was cozy and clean.

Great location

Enjoyed a stay here in December. The check in, instructions and all contact with owner were easy/prompt. The location is perfect for using busses to the city center-piers-Golden State Park-beaches. Also very close to a zip car which we used one day of our stay. The location was the best thing with this apartment. Great restaurants just a few blocks walk away. Literally walk out the door to the bus. I was so glad I didn't rent a car as parking in San Francisco is not very easy or cheap. There was a grocery store 2 blocks walk away that was perfect. The apartment has a blow up full sized bed which we used. It made for a bit cramped sleeping conditions when it was set up, but our girls won't sleep in the same bed. Kitchen and all appliances are new. Bathroom lovely with a nice shower head and curved shower rod. Comfy comforters for all beds. Pullout couch - comfort level ok for kids, but I couldn't sleep on it-basically standard for a pullout couch. This is a busy neighborhood and there is some noise from busses with the windows open. Great place for your San Francisco adventures!

Awesome stay!

We recently stayed in the apartment and it was awesome!!!! Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. There's so many restaurants options in the area and it is just a couple minutes away from everything. The apartment is really comfortable and well equipped! Paul is a super host. As it was our first time in SF, we just trusted he's tips on things to do and eat and had a really good time!

Our stay in San Francisco from Italy august 2018

We had a great time in San Francisco. we spent one month and we felt home immediatly. The localition of the house is good since bus 38 brings you in downtown. The house is very well furnished well maintained ,clean and it has everything you might Need. Also It is at a walking distance from Ocean and we loved to go there. I really reccomend the house.

Lovely Apartment!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Paul's place tremendously. The property is spotless, extremely comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. We were only in San Francisco for 3 days and staying at this location made it easy and convenient to see all the fabulous sites San Francisco has to offer. Paul was an amazing host and very responsive. I would highly recommend his apartment as a great place to stay in San Francisco

Felt like home!

Paul’s apartment is very modern and has everything you could possibly need when away from home. My wife and two teenaged kids stayed here for one month and loved it. Public transportation through the Muni system is right on the corner and will take you wherever you need to go in the city. We would definitely come back and stay here when in San Fransisco!

Amazing Newly Renovated Place Close to Everything!

I absolutely loved staying at Paul's place. It was beautifully renovated and had everything I could need. I definitely didn't expect to find something this nice for the price in San Francisco! I could walk just a couple blocks and be at Baker Beach or hope on a bus right outside the front door to get to downtown, to the Ferry Building area, Chinatown, etc. Tons of great restaurants in walking distance as well. I had a wonderful experience and Paul was very informative and responsive although I didn't have to contact him for any issues as the apartment meet every need! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Very updated!

We stayed in Paul’s apartment previously and thought it was great then. Wow! Now it’s fantastic. San Francisco apartments can leave much to be desired but not this one. Look at the photos they don’t lie. Paul is a great guy, very helpful and super fast to respond. I would not bother wasting my time trying to find alternatives and will definitely come again.

Fantastic Experience

This was our first VRBO experience, and our first time to San Francisco. Great accommodations and friendly neighborhood. Street parking was a bit of a challenge but overall a 5 star experience. We highly recommend this property!

FABULOUS APARTMENT!!!

This home is beautiful and gracious. We walked in and felt at home. Spotlessly clean. Lots of fluffy pure white towels. Fluffy comforter on the beautiful bed...and so comfortable. Everything you could want...very well equipped kitchen, tv's which we never turned on because we were either out or too tired. There were CD's and Netflix available. I could go on and on. There is a book on the dining room table with explicit info about the apt. Lots of good info on SF also. Everything was better than one could even wish for. Nothing but accolades...and we do a lot of VRBO. THANK YOU TO THE OWNER.

Four days in San Fran

We enjoyed our stay at Paul's apartment. It was conveniently close to most things we wanted to see and do in San Fran. Driving or taking public transportation was easy. There's a bus stop very, very near the apartment. The neighborhood was safe and had a few good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. As Paul warned, the parking was a little tricky but easy to figure out. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable.

A breath of fresh air!

I want to thank you, Paul for providing the perfect place for my husband and I to stay on our recent trip to SF and specifically, to UCSF for medical evaluation. While this was a very stressful time for us, having your place to come back to made it so much easier! Being so close to UCSF made it easy to Uber back and forth and relieved a lot of stress for us. Vladimir was so nice and helpful to us and we couldn't have asked for a better outcome for our visit. We are on track to better health and want to thank you for allowing us to stay at your place. It was just right for us and checked all the necessary boxes we needed. Hopefully, at some point, we will be able to return to the area for a fun trip. God willing! Best regards,

Great little apartment

Very clean, well maintained with plenty of room for our family and dog. Close to grocery store and lots of restaurant options. Easy access to catch the muni to anywhere in the city. Paul sent us great info on how to make the best out of your stay. Heed the warning on parking though and make sure you time your arrival accordingly. Cable, Netflix, and Wi-Fi made times between outings enjoyable for our kids.

A great apartment for a visit to San Francisco

Staying at this property during our visit to San Francisco really enhanced our holiday. We are a family of 4 and had plenty of space to relax. Awesome apartment !

The location was great! Easily walkable to restaurants and Golden Gate park! There was a bus stop close by however we used Uber throughout the city! Everything at the apartment was as listed in the description. Would definitely stay here again!

Best landlord ever

Paul is the most helpful, trustworthy owner we've ever met. And we're talking the world over! He goes way beyond by helping you in all your needs. Geary Blvd. has a bit of traffic noise, but the flip side of this is that you'll be in the best possible place for easy, reliable transportation. The Geary rapid bus comes by every 10 minutes at peak hours and there's a ton of buses on many of its intersections. The whole city will be available to you from Paul's apartment. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you'll need. You'll get 2 tvs and big cable offerings. Netflix and printer are great pluses. There's a nice queen size bed with a new mattress cover and a new couch in the living room. We spent three or four months in this apartment and we think you'll enjoy it.

Convenient and Affordable

Enjoyed the stay here overall. This place is situated in a great location to visit just about any main attraction in San Francisco either by the Muni bus or on foot. Check -in/-out was easy and the apartment was nice. The place was tidy but found the toilet seat dirty so I had to clean it. The information packet was extremely helpful and was much appreciated. In all, I would stay here again if I found myself visiting SF again.

Comfortable Apartment in great SF neighborhood

The Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The sleeping accomodations were as described. Great neighborhood with friendly locals. Good public transportation options. Very much appreciated the responsiveness of VRBO apartment manager next door.

Great stay!

Thank you for a great stay in SF! Our first VRBO experience was a success-- we loved the neighborhood with its many ethnically diverse restaurants. The Muni was easy to access and the neighborhood was safe at night. The apartment was comfortable and clean. We all slept well and parking wasn't difficult as long as u parked up by the schools and read the signs. We would definitely stay here again! We felt like real San Franciscans! Thank you!

Great Location

My husband and I have stayed twice at this VRBO in San Francisco. We love being able to hop the bus right at our door here. Our daughter lives off of Geary so it has been great to be able to visit with her and get around the city and enjoy ourselves. We stayed for the month of March and two months in the fall 2015. We celebrated Thanksgiving here. The kitchen is large and fully equipped and a dishwasher too. Nice TV and internet. WE will be back.....to be continued.......

Everything is right outside the front door.
Previous guests have commented on how great the neighborhood is. There are all types of cafes, bars and restaurants from a Michelin star (Aziza) to Mom & Pop places all within a few blocks.
You really do not need a car, but if you need one for a few hours or a day, there is a ZIP car location just one block away.
