Gites Boutique The Cottage Sleeps 2 (1 Bedroom)

The Cottage has been renovated and refurbished to the highest standard. It has a kitchen and dining area and a lounge with a stone fireplace and woodburner. There is satellite TV in the lounge with UK channels and WiFi throughout the whole cottage, including the outside private garden. The double bedroom with king-size bed has an en-suite shower room with a large walk-in shower and beautifully tiled throughout. The cottage has two outside terraces and eating areas, one terrace is ideal for breakfast and the second area has stunning views over the undulating countryside towards the village, perfect for evening meals. The Cottage is a romantic place to stay for two or a couple with a baby, as we can also provide a cot. It is also ideal for an elderly couple as there are no stairs and easily accessible.

Gites Boutique comprises of three cottages which can be rented out separately or altogether. The cottages date back to the 12th century and have been renovated to the highest standard using the finest materials whilst still retaining the original features. Each cottage has luxurious bathrooms, oak fitted kitchens, solid oak staircases and oak or tiled floors. All the lounges have stone fireplaces with wood burners and satellite TV, in English and French, and the kitchens come well equipped with microwaves and dishwashers.
There is a large covered terrace with tables and chairs overlooking the spectacular panoramic views of the undulating countryside. For those who are looking to relax, there is the swimming pool and sunbathing area which is surrounded by stunning views of the beautiful countryside down towards the village of Villamblard.There is also a relaxing seating area overlooking the swimming pool with sun loungers and comfortable sofas. There is total WiFi coverage throughout all 3 properties, all the grounds, outside terraces and around the swimming pool.
From October to May, the cottage can be booked on a nightly basis and includes free use of the luxury hot tub/jacuzzi. It is the perfect place to sit in the evenings and admire the stunning views of the surrounding countryside down to the village. Watch the beautiful sunsets then gaze at the magnificent night sky above. Change the lighting to suit your mood whilst relaxing under the stars.
Gites Boutique is 24km from Bergerac and 24km from the capital of the Dordogne, Perigueux, where there are many excellent restaurants, bars and shops in the beautiful cobbled streets in both of the old towns.
All bedlinen and towels are provided at Gites Boutique, as well as swimming towels which should give you more room in your suitcase!
