The Kitchen is set out with a fully fitted in ‘Shaker style’, with oven, electric hob, washing machine, microwave, butler sink and door out to the garden. The L-shaped living room with large leather sofa, armchair, TV, DVD player, brick fireplace containing a wood burning double sided stove and double doors out to patio.
Please note a starter pack of logs, kindling, firelighters and matches is included.

Enclosed, third of an acre of garden with a shallow band of woodland behind the cottage supporting a diversity of wild flowers and bird life, Kidney shaped pond with underwater lighting and statue water feature and lawned areas extending into the woodland beyond Gun Hill Cottage.

Unfenced pond is approx 1' deep, please supervise small children. Off road parking for 1 small to medium car and roadside parking for an additional one car.
The height of doorways and ceilings may not be suitable for very tall people.The entrance to the car parking space is tight. When approaching from the south it is advised to either drive slightly north of the entrance to reverse in, or to turn the car at the entrance to Swan Wood Lodge/House for a smooth nose-in approach. The lane is quiet in the evenings and for much of the day, but traffic can be fairly busy at peak times. A Good Housekeeping bond of £200 is required for this property.
