Located in the northeast of the island of Mallorca, on the countryside of Manacor, this beautiful finca is only 7 kilometres away from the centre of the town. Its surroundings are delicately populated with almond trees, carob trees, orange trees, lemon trees, plum trees, medlar trees and a varied vegetation that make it an ideal place to enjoy peace and tranquillity. The villa, situated on a small hill, offers spectacular mountain views from the terrace and the infinity pool.



Completely refurbished, this fantastic villa consists of two floors. The ground floor comprises the common areas of the living room, dining room, recreation area and kitchen, as well as a spacious double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find a cosy living room and five double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. The house is equipped with powerful air conditioning machines that air-condition the whole house.



Outside of this finca you will find a huge infinity pool with jacuzzi, which offers spectacular views of the mountains. Surrounding the house are manicured gardens and ample space for playing, strolling and sunbathing. There is also a barbecue and a ping pong table, so you can enjoy an unforgettable holiday.



This estate is designed to offer a quiet and rural environment, away from the noise and rush of the city, but with all the necessary comforts to relax with family or friends. If you are looking for the perfect place to spend your holidays in Mallorca, this is your best option!

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 100ā‚¬ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 100ā‚¬ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas. It does not have heating, although all air conditioners have heat pump.



Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20ā‚¬ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Positiv: sehr groƟes und grundsƤtzlich gepflegtes Haus mit toller AuƟenanlage und Pool in sehr schƶne Landschaft mit Fernblick auf die Berge. Negativ: keinerlei Unterweisung fĆ¼r das Haus und Bedienungen, wieder persƶnlich, noch mit einer einfachen Informationsmappe. Die Poolbeleuchtung, welche angeblich mit einer Fernbedienung funktioniert, lieƟ sich nicht einschalten, wurde nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage an Tag 3 von einem Mitarbeiter aktiviert.Allerdings lieƟ sie sich nicht mehr ausschalten und brannte 24 Stunden am Tag, hat die Agentur nicht weiter interessiert. Ɯberschaubare, bis desolat Ausstattung der KĆ¼che. Undichtes Bidet / Leitung in einem Bad. AuƟenmauern des Hauses werden von hunderten von Vƶgeln als Unterkunft gebraucht - positiv gesehen ein tolles Naturspektakel, allerdings einhergeht mit permanenten Vogelkot auf allen Liegen und Sitzmƶbeln. Keine Schirme am Pool. Verriegelter Pfosten am GrundstĆ¼ckszugang verhindert mit dem Auto Richtung KĆ¼che zu fahren um die EinkƤufe auszuladen - unnƶtig. Krƶnung war jedoch, dass von der Kaution (800 ā‚¬) ca. 300 ā‚¬ Euro fĆ¼r auƟerordentlich erhƶhten Stromverbrauch abgezogen wurden. Die Menge betrug fĆ¼r 7 Tage angeblich 1100 KW !!!!!, und das ohne auch nur einmal eine der Klimaanlagen genutzt zu haben. Eine AufschlĆ¼sselung des Verbrauchs erfolgte ebenfalls nicht. Das ist schlichtweg absolute Abzocke und grenzt m.E. an Betrug. Fazit: leider insgesamt ein deutliches Preis-Leistungs-MissverhƤltnis fĆ¼r diese grundsƤtzlich schƶne Anlage!

Sehr gute & traumhaft schƶne Villa (mit einigen Abstrichen)

Eine tolle Unterkunft in der wir eine Woche verbringen konnten. Positiv: - sieht wirklich so schƶn aus wie auf den Fotos! Eine der schƶnsten Villas, in der ich bisher war. - Sehr viel Platz! Auch in den Zimmern - KĆ¼che war sehr gut ausgestattet (auƟer einer kaputten Pfanne), genug GlƤser & Besteck - WillkommensgetrƤnke & einige Sachen im KĆ¼hlschrank bei Ankunft - Sehr gute Kommunikation bei allen Belangen, es gibt eine 24/7 Notfallnummer bei Fragen oder Problemen, sehr netter Kontakt mit Portic Villas! - extra WƤscheraum komplett ausgestattet (mit Waschmittel, Trockner etc.) Negativ: - Zusatzkosten kommen hƶchstwahrscheinlich hinzu, wir mussten den Mehrbedarf an Strom von 400ā‚¬ nach einer Woche tragen (wurde von Kaution abgezogen), bei eigentlich normalem Betrieb der Klima etc. Dazu muss man sagen, dass die Klima nicht besonders stark ist, wodurch man leider die Klimaanlage lƤnger eingeschaltet lassen muss, um das Haus im OG runterzukĆ¼hlen - Fernseher im AuƟenbereich funktioniert nicht (hatten ihn auch auf Werkeinstellung gesetzt, alles nichts gebracht) - Schade - 2-3x wurde uns random das Wasser abgestellt (1x sehr Ƥrgerlich, weil wir vom Strand kamen und es eilig hatten, da wir in einem Restaurant reserviert hatten) ohne wirklich erkennbaren Grund. Gleiches gilt fĆ¼r Warmwasser, das ist auch ein paar mal ausgefallen. Auf Nachfrage wurde es wieder eingeschaltet. Alles in allem war es dennoch ein traumhafter Aufenthalt & wir wĆ¼rden die Villa empfehlen! Durch die negativen Punkte empfinde ich sie ehrlich gesagt aber doch etwas zu teuer, da hƤtte alles stimmen mĆ¼ssen.

Unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Check-In, es wurde sich sofort gekĆ¼mmert bei einer Frage oder Problem - Poolanlage ausgefallen wegen Pumpe. FINCA war fĆ¼r eine Gruppe mit 9 Personen ideal, abgelegen und dennoch ist man in 10 Min in Manacor und hat sƤmtliche Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke! -

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Domizil Sa Murtera. Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und ist fĆ¼r eine groƟe Gruppe genau das Richtige. Bei Fragen o. kleinen Problemen wurde sich immer schnellstmƶglich gekĆ¼mmert. -

Didnā€™t live up to expectations

The Villa as you would expect is beautiful tastefully decorates, weā€™ll positioned and very spacious, but it was let down by the maintenance of the property. Snooker cue tips broken Table tennis legs broken Smashed light bulb over outside dining table exposing the element Smashed light bulb over the outside bike and tree features Fridge shelf cracked No covers for duvets so sleeping with duvet raw Pool lights broken first night. All of the above should have been checked by property manager before I arrived and repaired. This isnā€™t a cheap weekly Villa itā€™s a luxury home. You would expect basic maintenance to be performed. Also no welcome book to explain local stores/villages etc, how to work TV for Netflix etc. The Villa is stunning, great location and perfect for a family holiday in Majorca but in my opinion is needs more care for each and every guest. If this was in my portfolio I would ensure the Villa is maintained to an ammucalate standard for the money guests are paying and this just isnā€™t. I have stayed in luxury Villas around the world and this has the wow, but if your like me you donā€™t want to find faults.

Ein Traum...

Tolle AuƟenanlagen. Der Pool und Jacuzzi waren sehr groƟ und angenehm. Die Aussicht ein Hingucker. Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und komplett mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Kurze Wege nach Manacor zum Einkaufen, Nord- und OstkĆ¼ste und Palma.

Ausgezeichnet

Finca ist wirklich groƟ genug fĆ¼r 12 Personen, da jedes Doppelzimmer auch ein eigenes Bad hat. Auch Wohn- und Esszimmer (Esstisch) sind groƟzĆ¼gig dimensioniert. Unterhaltungsmƶglichkeiten ausreichend vorhanden: 5 Fernseher, 1 Billardtisch, 1 Tischtennis- & 1 TischfuƟballtisch. Pool im Winter nicht beheizt und daher leider zu kalt. Die Finca ist etwas auƟerhalb von Manacor und daher ruhig gelegen. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Die Villa Murtera ist einfach wunderbar. Wir waren mit 9 Personen da und hatten sehr viel Platz. Die Kinder konnten sich mit Billard, Tischtennis und Tischkicker prima beschƤftigen. Von dem tollen Pool brauchen wir garnicht zu reden. Der Blick in das Tal und auf die Berge ist allein ein immenser Erholungsfaktor. Moderne und ruhig gelegene Finca

Problemloses einchecken. Saubere und moderne ruhig gelegene Finca. Sehr gepflegter und schƶner Garten/Poolbereich. Alles sah relativ neu aus. Es hat an fast nichts gefehlt. - FrottierhandtĆ¼cher (teilweise noch mit schildern, schien ungewaschen zu sein) - Gasflasche hielt fĆ¼r einmal Grillen, danach musste auf Nachfrage eine neue Gasflasche selbst besorgt werden - Wasserschaden in einem Badezimmer, dadurch tropfte es in ein unteres Schlafzimmer. Das Badezimmer durfte dann nicht mehr benutzt werden - In einem anderen Badezimmer roch es stark nach Urin wenn die LĆ¼ftung anging Alles in allem aber eine super Finca die wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Schneller Kontakt zu Mallorca Home Villas per WhatsApp. Meiner Meinung nach kann man sich die Buchung Ć¼ber Fewo sparen (spart auch Geld) und direkt Ć¼ber Mallorca Home Villas buchen.

Das Haus liegt auƟerhalb auf dem Land. Die Kinder konnten soviel Krach machen wie sie wollten, es hat niemanden der Nachbarn gestƶrt. Die lag daran, dass die Nachbarn weit genug weg waren. Der Service der Agentur ist bemerkenswert gut. Man bekommt immer sehr schnell eine Antwort. Dieses Haus ist nur zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche.
