Kenns Farm Barn is a bespoke two bedroom barn conversion offering an open plan living with a wonderful sense of space, light and tranquility.

The front door opens into the double height sitting room, with plenty of seating for your whole party, a dining table situated in front of the double patio doors so that you can enjoy your view as you eat and a wall mounted TV.

The kitchen is cleverly recessed and boasts a full array of amenities, allowing for full self catering.

The downstairs bathroom is modern with a full bath and shower head over the bath.

The downstairs bedroom is a twin with a dressing table, wardrobe and seating area.

The beautifully bespoke crafted staircase takes you up to the master suite. Here you will find a triple aspect, light flooded bedroom in the eaves, storage for your belongings and a modern en suite bathroom with walk in shower.

Located off the main road, this is a tranquil space. The barn itself backs on to a private garden and open fields where you can sit and enjoy the view with a cup of coffee or a G&T, inside or out.

Clean, efficient and with everything you need, don t miss this gem.

Should you need further space, Kenns Farm has an additional property, White Owl Barn, which is also listed on this site.

Guest access

The barn itself is your private space during your stay. The owner lives on site in the farm house should you require assistance with anything. There is a footpath through the property fields that can take you off on an adventure!

Lovely stay. Jean and Nick made us feel very welcome. The barn had everything we needed. We enjoyed our walk across the fields to Shilton and seeing the planes fly over from Brize Norton.Lots to do nearby.

Lovely stay!

We had a lovely stay - it was only a brief stay sadly but we will definitely be staying there again! Jean is a marvellous host and welcomed us on arrival. Weā€™re travelling this Christmas so didnā€™t get to have our own tree. It meant a lot to us that there was a Christmas tree all wonderfully decorated and lit - like it was just for us :)). Thank you Jean!

Perfect base for our animal adventure.

This was a lovely house in beautifully kept grounds. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Jean the host was very welcoming. It was the perfect base for our visits to the Cotswold Woldlife Park and the crocodile zoo. (Both of which are amazing!) The children loved visiting the horses on site and there was even a baby deer which visited our garden every day! There is a lovely walk across the fields from the farm and the children loved lifting stones and finding lots of bugs along the way. All in all it was a great way to spend half term. ā˜ŗļø

Lovey rural accommodation

Very nice. Twin beds in on room, a double bed upstairs. The workmanship in the entire barn conversion was very high quality. The living area was spacious and the kitchen and bathrooms were all very nice. The entire residence was spotless. I would stay there again if I have the opportunity. The garden and grounds were amazingly well maintained. Jean was as nice and attentive as anyone could be.

Visit to Brize Norton

The four of us had a very pleasant stay at Kens Barn. The property was clean and reasonably equipped. The biggest issue was that the post code on Vrbo was wrong so we had some difficulty finding the property. The check in could have gone more smoothly but to be fair the owner had been unwell so quite forgiveable. Jean did profusely apologise so all was well. We loved being able to see the planes from the dining room table. This was a quiet spot with no noticable noise intrusion from the airplanes. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our visit to Brize Norton which was the purpose of our trip.

Very nice accommodation and the owner was very welcoming . I would not hesitate to stay here again and cannot recommend Kenns Farm Barn enough.

Lovely clean cottage for a group reunion. Jean was very welcoming to us and helpful with suggestions. The cottage is well equipped with everything you could need. Beds are very comfortable and showers were amazing. Would definitely recommend

Nice location

The location is good for exploring the Cotswold and visiting Oxford though there is some noise from the RAF base nearby. The flights are not frequent but did occur late at night. You can see planes take off from the dining table so that might be novel. Do note there is no dishwasher. Also note that there is no washing machine. We have been on a road trip and this place was the last of ten places we rented, and also the only one without a washing machine. Thus, this was rather surprising. The listing does indeed not state a washing machine but this really should have been emphasised a lot more strongly. If you donā€™t need a washing machine, this is a good place to rent. The premises are modern and comfortable. It would have been otherwise perfect but was let down by the absence of washing machine. Instead of enjoying time with my wife and children, I was waiting for my laundry to be done in Carterton three evenings this past week.

Family reunion

We were 3 adults and 2 children under 11 and stayed four nights. The hosts are very welcoming and keep the outdoors spick and span. You can walk from the property through rolling fields to nearby villages, go sightseeing or sit outside whilst the children play in the garden. The town is only 5 minutes away by car. The nearby Crocodiles of the World Park is amazing.

Nice quiet setting with everything as described in the listing. Be aware that following GPS will not take you right to the property, but Kenā€™s Farm is listed on the map and thatā€™s where you need to be.
