The apartment is located in the center of Santa Cruz a minute walk from the Ramblas, and a few minutes from the other sites of interest in the capital. It has been renovated in its entirety, preserving the original character of this magnificent apartment. It is spacious, bright and perfect for families or friends who want to enjoy a large space, as it consists of four bedrooms.
The apartment has a living-dining room with a large chaise longue, a dining table where you can enjoy family meals, and we also have a 43-inch smart TV with Netflix.
