THE APARTMENT

Circo Price is a lovely apartment for temporary stays located in the center of Madrid, right next to the well-known Circo Price theater — ideal for making it your home for a while.

This first-floor apartment accommodates up to 2 peopleand includes:

A bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe for storage.

An en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink.

A separate, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery — perfect for preparing your favorite meals during your time in Madrid.

The neighborhood is also full of supermarkets for your weekly shopping, and just 2 minutes away on foot, you'll find a 24-hour Carrefour Express.

If you're looking for a drink nearby, we recommend La Fisna, right next to the building's entrance. And if you'd like to eat somewhere popular with locals, try Los Chuchis Bar, located on the same street as the apartment (Calle Amparo).

From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas):

Take Line 8towards Nuevos Ministerios. Transfer to Line 6towards Lucero.

Get off at Moncloa, then transfer to Line 3towards Villaverde Alto.

Get off at Lavapiésstation and walk to the provided address.

From Atocha Station:

Take Line 1towards Pinar de Chamartín.

Get off at Sol, transfer to Line 3towards Villaverde Alto.

From Chamartín Station:

Take Line 1towards Valdecarros.

GETTING AROUND

The nearest metro station is Lavapiés(Line 3), and Embajadoresis also nearby (Line 3 and Renfe commuter line C5).



THE FINE PRINT

-The apartment is located on a first floor whithout elevator.

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
