This modern loft features elegant yet contemporary décor. It’s a completely open-concept space that exudes a sense of spaciousness and comfort. This apartment was a major personal project into which I poured a lot of love. I’m proud to offer a unique property right in the heart of Arrecife.

An unbeatable location right in the heart of Arrecife. Fajardo Street, one of the main shopping streets, is close to all the shops and restaurants, just a stone’s throw from Charco de San Ginés, the nerve center of the city’s leisure life. Imagine strolling along the boardwalk to El Reducto Beach, just 10 minutes away.
Features and Layout
As this is an open-concept layout, there are no dividing walls between the different areas of the home, which spans over 80 square meters. Only the bathroom is separated to ensure privacy. There are three main areas.
First, the bedroom area features a double bed with high-quality linens. The mattress is very comfortable and spacious to ensure a good night’s sleep. You’ll have plenty of space for your belongings on the nightstands and in the custom-built closets. The floor and walls are wood-paneled, unlike the rest of the apartment.
Next is the kitchen area. It’s a modern and very well-equipped kitchen. The dishwasher stands out and will make your stay easier. We provide the dishwasher tablets. In the refrigerator, you’ll find a welcome gift that includes some beverages.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area featuring a round glass table and four chairs. Enjoy lunch in your own living room with a glass of wine. Doesn’t that sound nice?
Finally, we come to the living room, which offers city views from a double French-style balcony where you can get some fresh air and enjoy the sun. Please note that this balcony is about 60 centimeters wide.
The living room features a large sofa where you can enjoy Spanish and international channels in various languages on the huge Samsung Smart TV. A satellite decoder is provided. If you subscribe to streaming services like Netflix and HBO, you’re in luck—the TV has high-speed internet access. Guests must use their own account. In fact, you can access the internet from any of your devices using our free Wi-Fi.
The bathroom stands out for its clean, modern design. Highlights include the walk-in shower and fixtures from the renowned Roca brand. Both hand soap and shower gel are provided.
Also included as part of the basic amenities are bath towels, hand towels, and beach towels.
In the bathroom cabinet, there is a washer-dryer. Few apartments in the area include a dryer. We also provide detergent and fabric softener, as well as other cleaning supplies. There is also a hair dryer.
Another highlight is the work area designed for those traveling for business who need to use a laptop or simply want a space to read.

The climate in Arrecife is very mild year-round. This is one of the reasons why the Canary Islands remain one of the top tourist destinations year after year. You probably won’t need it, but there’s air conditioning with both heating and cooling functions.

Parking
We offer free parking in the same building so you don’t have to drive around looking for a spot downtown. Our underground parking garage is located in the same building and has direct access to the apartment via elevator. Imagine arriving from the airport, parking in your spot, and heading up with your luggage—no hassle at all. This is a highly sought-after amenity that few hosts in the area offer. Please note that the entrance to the second underground level is narrow for large vehicles. It’s always best to rent a small car. If you still need a large car, let us know and we’ll find you a spot on the first level, where the entrance is suitable for all types of vehicles (except vans).
