Fantastic location with great amenities

It was our first trip to Houston, Texas. Staying here made it epic, convenient to all restaurants and most important 30 minutes away from some incredible GOLF COURSES!!!

This was a very nice condo! We looked out at the pool & the grounds were well kept & very pretty!The gates were a little confusing at 1st though!

Excellent rental

It is a beautiful clean property. The only suggestions: We needed a baking pan ( cookie sheet pan) for biscuits. We would have liked to have dish clothes / maybe a small bit of dish washing liquid to be able to wipe the kitchen counters or Clorox wipes. Other things were provided and appreciated. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay there again.

Nice Average Stay

Property was nice overal. The interior could use some upgrades on toilet seats, couches and TV's. The couches were worn leather and uncomfortable. the toilets seats were broken and to be kind are worn out. A TV in one of the rooms did not work. Everything else was average. Management was average and only responded the day you get there but not before or after. I let them know of what was mentioned and they never replied back. I probably should have let the know while we there, but I feel like they should have looked at it every time someone leaves to make sure all is working. That being said and for the price I will not stay again but if all was up to date, I think it would have been ok. Again, property and unit was average.

This place is awesome. Pretty, roomy and clean. It is right next to the pool, which was also fun to hang out at. The location is perfect for doing things in The Woodlands, Conroe and Spring. We will definitely stay here again!!!!!

Everything was great - had an issue with the air conditioner and Ike had it fixed within a couple hours. Couldn’t have asked for a better location.

The location was central to great options for kids. The pool was clean and fun! The apartment could have been a bit cleaner just dusty. Overall I would stay again!

Very nice property in very nice neighborhood

This is a beautiful apartment home located in a very nice area of Houston called the Woodlands. The property had great amenities, especially the pool area. Our contact, Ike, was easy to get in touch with and solved our only issue quickly. Highly recommend the property to families.

Nice Stay

The condo itself was very nice, but it was not very well stocked in the kitchen area - small things like salt and pepper were low. The pool hours were also not posted anywhere that we could see, and we had one very unhappy 5 year old one evening when she jumped in the pool and was told it was time to get out right away. If the pool hours were more visible, we could've told her from the get-go that swimming wouldn't be an option that evening. She was REALLY looking forward to swimming during our down-time, so that was very unfortunate. Otherwise, the stay was nice.

The Woodlands Lodge

We stayed in The Woodlands for my daughter's wedding in March 2021, held at Ashton Gardens. This condo was located in the perfect spot. Close to everything. It was a beautiful unit, spacious, and so beautifully laid out. The host was reachable and very helpful to us, no matter what time of the day we reached out. The bedrooms were all so well put together, and each room was outfitted with a working flat screen television with cable. My daughter's and I had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely stay here again.

3 beds not 4

The unit was nice and location was convenient. We selected this home because advertised 4 beds, 2 full in one room, a queen and a king. Instead there was 1 queen instead of 2 full. Gate code didn’t work once arrived but once got in unit we had the fob so no further issues getting through community gates. Dishwasher didn’t work and tacks were coming through carpets in 2 of the bedrooms. We tried calling but got a full voicemail box and left messages on their site but no response until we got home, so no follow through. The bed situation was not end all but disappointing and obviously not what was expected and post needs to be updated. Other issues are fixable but better communications would have been nice, even to just apologize.

Didn’t get what I rented

I rented this property to be close to family for the holidays, after driving 20 hrs I am sent an email with a completely different address. I was not given a reason regarding the change or even an option to accept or cancel my reservation . So after getting to the apartment I encounter the upstairs neighbor being very loud , kids running back and forth just not what I expected. Also don’t expect a quiet night sleep, there are 6 ac units outside the master window .

Best stay ever

IKE was very upfront about everything . We had a gorgeous pool view . We all had ample space and we loved the proximity of everything from the Woodlands Mall to going to the grocery store that was less than a mile away. The apartmemt was very clean and bright . No issues . Would rent again from Ike and this management team . Kiran

Great property for a family in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was within a 5 minute drive to great restaurants, good shopping and great golf. It also has quick access to the I-45 and Hardy toll road so is easy to get anywhere. The pool was beautiful and the facilities on site are excellent. Kitchen was well equipped and the property manager was accessible at anytime to answer any questions we had. We will certainly come back.

Well located, beautiful place. Attentive manager.

A wonderful experience. The place is very close to The Woodlands Mall and great dining. The apartment is new and very nicely furnished, and the amenities (pool, gym, billiard table, BBQ grills) are great. The manager was very attentive and accommodating, available even after working hours. We will surely go back soon.
