The apartment in which you stayed is equipped with extraction fans in all three bathrooms, ensuring proper air circulation and ventilation in accordance with standard practices. What we find particularly surprising is that throughout your entire stay you did not raise a single concern. Our office is located immediately next door to the apartment, yet you never reported any issue in person. Furthermore, on the day of your departure, you asked us to store your luggage in our office, providing yet another opportunity to inform us of your alleged concerns. Once again, no complaint was made. Had you informed us of any issue during your stay, we would have inspected the matter immediately and, if appropriate, offered you alternative accommodation or even a complimentary upgrade. Unfortunately, by choosing not to report any concerns while you were at the property, you denied us any opportunity to resolve the situation. In light of these facts, it appears that these allegations have been raised only after your stay, together with a request for a full refund. We categorically reject this claim, as it is neither justified nor supported by your conduct during your stay.
