FOUR BEDROOMS PLUS SLEEPING LOFT APT

The South end of Virginia Beach is a less likely place to find a VRBO, but that is changing fast. Unlike the North end and Sandbridge, we can hear the bands from the boardwalk/resort and walk easily to the beach.

We have a beautiful vacation property for you to call home for a week. It is newly and professionally decorated with all up dated features and appliances.
Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, coffee pot and cookware. We provide sheets but you must supply your own towels. (Ours were disappearing when we supplied them.)
Mattresses, bedding, plates, glasses, window treatments ...etc, all in new condition and ready for your enjoyment.

You can walk to the beach, local restaurants and boardwalk events and still live with in a quite charming and quiet neighborhood.

Your host, Bree, will be happy to assist you during your stay as a free concierge service. Things you want to do, types of food you are looking for that evening. Other activities you may be in the mood for including nightlife you may wish to enjoy.

Almost 5 stars

The property was spatious and gave our 4 families all the space and amenities we needed. A few small things kept it from beong 5 stars. The floors were dirty (the carpet is awful and needs to be replaced) and there were no extra paper products (kleenex, toilet paper)...we had to buy our own. Otherwise we loved the house, the neighborhood was close to lots of things and we had a lot of fun!

House was beautiful place had plenty of bathrooms and rooms were great Everyone enjoyed our stay Downside Not as close to the beach as advertised you will want to park closer for easier access As I said house was beautiful some of the bathrooms had lights in the vanities not working one bathroom the toilet seat was so loose we had to tighten it with a butter knife Hardwood floors were very dusty front porch was not swept and cushions we full of leaves and debris Back porch has very loose boards and dangerous a couple of the chairs the searing is all torn The grill has not been cleaned in a very long time As I said I would do this again just not here

Great home for large group of people

We have family that live in multiple cities in the US and my daughter was getting married in Virginia Beach. This was the perfect place for 11 of us to stay. It was very close to the wedding/reception venue and to the boardwalk. The photos were exactly as the house is. There were lounge chairs and sand toys to take to the beach too!

A great first family getaway

Our family of 11 spent the week here and it was perfect for us! The teens had their own loft area, there was plenty of space for everyone to gather on the main floor, the beach was close enough to walk to (although if bringing lots of stuff like chair and umbrellas, be prepared to drive and pay $10 to park). Bree was a great host and addressed our minor issues quickly. Because it rained most of the week, we didn't spend much time outside on the decks. The deck chairs were in need of repair, but since we didn't use them, it was no problem. Since this was our first family vacation, we now know that a pool is a must for our next vacation....especially since we had a near drowning on day one! It was good to know that the lifeguards stationed by 5th street are great and on top of things.

Wonderful Stay in Virginia Beach!

We had a lovely vacation this past Labor Day Weekend! The house was delightful with lots of bedrooms. There was a nice big kitchen and great outdoor spaces with a huge gas grill. We were convenient to everything! The beach, restaurants and shopping are all only minutes away. The beach was amazing with plenty of parking close by! The house was a great place to relax after a day in the sun! We do recommend at least one visit to the beach in the evening!

Awesome, fun house!

We had a wonderful time at Bree's house in Virginia Beach! It was perfect, roomy, clean, well decorated and well equipped. Bree was so sweet and she could not have been more accommodating to us. We will certainly come back!!!

Fit our needs perfectly

Bree is a great host and very accommodating. My mum loves to bike and Bree made sure to run a bike up to us so my mum could ride the Boardwalk. The house had plenty of room inside and outside. There is a BBQ and outside sitting area which is very nice for the evening. It didn't take long at all to walk to the beach, and there is a Food lion grocery store about five minutes away by car. We would reccommed this vacation home and host. Thank you Bree!

Wedding Weekend Gathering Spot

This Virginia Beach home allowed our extended family to gather in one spot for our son's wedding weekend. The house was well decorated, rooms were spacious and the amenities were sufficient. We found it an easy 10 minute walk to the VB boardwalk and restaurants. It would have been helpful if the home description included information that televisions, wifi and coffee maker were provided and that you must provide your own towels. In our case, communication with the property manager was spotty at best (we were not able to contact her directly until 24 hours before check-in which caused us a great deal of anxiety) and there were no written instructions provided in the home. We had to reach out for details on the wifi password and to determine the check out time. It was a pleasant stay overall but it could be improved by providing more detailed information in the property description and upon arrival.

Great location, charming/spacious house and responsive owner

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was well kept, spacious and very cozy, most of the appliances were new and the rooms and bathrooms were clean! The owner was very responsive and knowledgeable about VB and had a lot of suggestions of things to do in Virginia beach. The location was also perfect and a walking distance to the beach and boardwalk.. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit VB..

As we have not had many guests, new to the industry, the few we have had all comment the same. How beautiful the home is for vacation rental and how friendly everyone is in Virginia Beach.
