You are going to love this remodeled 3 bedroom home located in downtown Eagle, just 1 block from the Saturday Market and 2 blocks from Heritage Park, and many quaint restaurants and shopping boutiques. Take a stroll, bike ride (we supply the bikes) or skate on the nearby Greenbelt that runs along the Boise River. Floating the river is amazing in itself! Mother-in-Law Mansion is located just a quick 5 blocks to catch Eagle Road where you will find more restaurants and the new, beautiful Meridian Village Mall. You will be centrally located between Boise and Meridian. This home has beautiful, new furnishing throughout, and has been completely redone inside. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, double car garage with an automatic garage door opener, new carpet, paint and gorgeous, new furniture. We love short term or longer term vacationers; those waiting for the move-in date on their new home, conference attendees, Boise State football and basketball fans, those visiting family and friends in the Boise area or anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and cozy home in a great downtown location.

Easy walk downtown

We stayed here with our 3 kids while checking out the area to relocate. It’s super close walking distance to restaurants and easy access for exploring. There are 4 bikes and helmets and laundry. If you are looking for a place to crash in the evenings after full days of exploring - this is perfect.

Great place to stay if in Boise area

We were in Boise for a graduation. House was very clean, easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for 6 people. With only one bathroom, we did have to coordinate showers however that was easy to do. We wish we had more time to explore Eagle while we were there. Will be going back to Boise for another graduation in December and will look to stay here again. Highly recommend anyone staying here if in the Boise/Eagle area.

Cozy comfort and spring blooms

Great location for family event and for exploring wineries in the snake river and Boise. Walkable restaurants were great- don’t miss the tacos at Spitfire. Quiet neighborhood.

Great Property

This was our second time staying here. The property has all the amenities one would need for a worry free stay. Easy instructions for check-in and check-out, clean, and most welcoming in a great location. When we visit we will definitely stay here again. All at a reasonable rate.

Perfect location

This home was very tidy, beautiful, and was everything my family needed to stay for many days near Boise. It was especially fun being located so close to some shops and eateries …just a few min walk! The hosts were easy to get ahold of, and accommodating.

Exceeded expectations

The house is adorable. The floors had been redone and the appliances were newer. I didn’t expect to have a whole house with a garage for the price we paid! We were happy to find some simple basics such as coffee grounds and some spices in the cupboards. The hosts were easy to contact for additional support.

clean and comfortable house

This is a very nice older home in a great location in Eagle. The house was very clean and super comfortable. An easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and the riverside walking trail.

Embellished amenities

The location of the property was perfect! Close to everything. The neighborhood was nice, I was able to get out every morning and take a nice walk and check out the area. The house had some issues that could easily be fixed. A/C was not cooling: We went to Home Depot and bought a fan so that we could sleep the rest of our trip. Simple Fix: install ceiling fans/with lights in the bedrooms. The house finally started to cool down (2nd night) but no air circulating in the house. No Keurig as listed: the ground coffee was terrible, stale. We got coffee out every day. Listed as four bedroom: it's a three bedroom. Living Space: limited seating for a larger family, a small 'futon' and the lounge only seats four and not comfortably. I had my son and DIL over and none of us were comfortable to just hang out. Very disappointing. Safety: Mark the step in and out of the garage with yellow caution tap. I missed that step several times and hurt my ankle. It could have been much worse. Cleanliness: The kitchen floor and bathroom floor were sticky and dirty. They looked clean but I dropped a piece of ice (bagged that we had to buy) on the floor and wiped it up, and the paper towel was black!!! Good thing I travel with house slippers. Ice Tray: if you are going to leave them, make sure they aren't broken and maybe leave a couple. Cleaning Fee: If we have to start the bedding and towels, and empty trash and start dishwasher, then reduce the cleaning fee. Give washer instructions.

Great Location

Very clean & well stocked home. It was nice to have a garage to park in. Beds were comfortable & had a lot of pillows! Easy checkin with the keypad. Great private backyard with seating. It was warm when we stayed & the AC was a blessing! Super convenient to surrounding areas & walkable to restaurants. Would definitely stay again while in the area. Thank you for a great stay & easy booking!

50th wedding anniversary celebration

My husband & I (50 yr. celebration!), son & wife & 2 grandkids, stayed at the house - 9 minutes from our older son & family who live in Eagle; so we mostly just slept and bathed here! (7 days) SO CLEAN!! 3 large bedrooms and an open living room/kitchen area were perfect for us! I was super impressed with the shampoo/soaps/plush towels in the bathroom! Also many extras in the kitchen that I was not expecting to be readily available! The garage was also super clean and so handy to park & unload! The back yard is HUGE and level! (great for kids to run & play!) Grocery store, coffee shops, other shops less than 2 blocks away! Washer and dryer are also HUGE, with detergent & dryer sheets provided! Lots of TV channels available as "guest"! Any questions I texted were answered very quickly! Highly recommend this property!

Wes and I are homegrown Idaho kids. He grew up in Carey (near Sun Valley and I grew up on a farm in Eden (near Twin Falls, Idaho). I recently retired from the school district and Wes continues to work for the schools in the Boise area until he is able to retire.

We are a very hard working couple, who love our family and are looking forward to traveling in our retirement. We have our Eagle house that we vacation rent; as well as one in Las Vegas (near the strip) and one in Lincoln City Oregon on the Oceanfront. They have all been remodeled and are beautiful! We hope you will stay with us at any or all of our vacation rentals. We can't wait until Wes retires and we can spend more time traveling ourselves.

We love Eagle and specifically the downtown area. It is quaint, clean and a beautiful area. Eagle is within blocks of Boise and Meridian. It is very close to Nampa/Caldwell also. It seems to be right in the middle of all that each of these cities has to offer and is one of the more upscale, beautiful little cities in Idaho.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Miother in Law Mansion is close to downtown Eagle 1.5 blocks... close to the Boise Greenbelt (you can bike ride all the way to Boise and back near the Boise River. It is also close to Boise State University (just a few miles). There is so much shopping in Meridian and Boise and some very adorable shops in Eagle within walking distance. We have bicycles for your use and again the home has been all remodeled.
