Apartment in a quiet area of Salcombe, sleeping four in two bedrooms.
4 Lyndhurst is a wonderful apartment situated within a quiet location in Salcombe, with two en suite bedrooms, a modern kitchen and delightful sea views across the estuary to East Portlemouth and Snapes Point. It sleeps four guests in one King-size and one twin bedroom. Equipped with an electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge-freezer. To the rear of the apartment is a communal landscaped garden with a view of the estuary. Balcony with table and chairs. Wi-Fi available. Off-road parking. Close to Salcombe’s waterfront and beaches, 4 Lyndhurst is the perfect property for small families and couples.
Please note that from 2026, the bath in the master bedroom ensuite will be replaced with a stand alone shower. Please contact the local office for more questions.

Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
