Dama Bianca is a family-run B&B, not a hotel, so daily room tidying is not included. Please find our clarification on the points raised below: Language: My son and husband speak excellent English. We also use translation apps. No misunderstandings occurred. Air Conditioning: This is an extra service and not included in the base price, as clearly stated in the listing. The guest paid €79.20 for A/C and €20.80 in tourist tax. VRBO has already issued a refund regarding this. Cleaning: Although not required daily, I personally went in every day to empty the bins and tidy up. On the second night, the child wet the bed and the mattress; I changed everything promptly, even though the guests failed to notify reception. I only left a written note when trash and dirty towels were left abandoned in the common corridor. Swimming Pool: Open from 11:00 AM until late at night, as indicated in all languages. At 7:00 AM, the cleaning robot runs; they could have simply asked us to turn it off, but they left every morning. Extra Courtesy: We replaced the towels free of charge. I even machine-washed a tracksuit that had been left soaking in the bidet and smelled awful, without asking for any extra payment. Breakfast: Fresh products prepared by myself, waking up at 5:00 AM. The guests clearly appreciated the food. Dogs: The presence of our dogs is clearly mentioned in the listing.
