With two bedrooms and a modern kitchen, two bathrooms and glorious sea views, this property sleeps four and is within a ten-minute walking distance of the historic naval town’s attractions. New for 2026, the lower deck, right outside the kitchen door, now has elegant sofas and coffee table with night lighting for alfresco drinks at breakfast or dinner.  A parking permit is provided for the nearby Mayors Avenue long-stay car park for a single car however spaces are subject to availability. Wi-fi available. Strictly no smoking. Dogs allowed. Without doubt, Dart View is perfect for summer escapes.

An annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for Mayors Avenue Car Park, valid between the hours of 3 p.m. to 10 a.m. ONLY from 25 May to 1 September. There is no time restriction from 2 September to 24 May
