The Suite Getaway is a well-appointed guest home located on a gated ten acre parcel that offers a uniquely private vacation experience right in the heart of Green Bluff, Washington. It has sweeping views of the distant mountain ranges to the north and is surrounded by family farms and wedding venues. Just 7 miles to north Spokane and 12 to downtown Spokane. Enjoying the local harvest festivities, local ski resorts, or have you just tied the knot? The Suite Getaway is your perfect destination!
The Suite Getaway is a fully furnished guest home that sleeps up to 6 people. The master suite has a Queen sized bed, while the open concept, spacious living area has a wall bed with Queen sized thick mattress, an inviting sectional sofa that seats 8+ a smart 65` TV and surround, two spacious twin bunk beds with memory foam mattresses, dimmable reading lights and outlets to charge your devices. The dining table seats 6 and 2 more at the bar. Fully equipped kitchen, table service, all kinds of appliances. Private deck and garden. Quality linens, robes, washer/dryer, clothing steamer, iron, hairdryer, tankless water heater, in room safe, and much more.
The entire suite, private spa and decks, outdoor dining and BBQ areas, garden and yard inside of fence and parking areas designated for guests. There are a total of four marked parking spaces for guests.
Guests are provided codes for entry upon check-in. A guestbook outlining the workings of the suites is provided. If guests need additional help they may contact the management directly. The suite is fully stocked, clean and ready upon arrival. Ample linens and supplies for entirety of the stay.
The Suite Getaway is located in beautiful Green Bluff, Washington, between several wedding venues and family farms on the `West Loop` of the Green Bluff tour map. This unique spot has sweeping views that on clear days reveal a hundred miles of mountain ranges and valleys, and provide the most breathtaking sunsets. It is no wonder why so many folks choose to get married here. Guests who stay at the Green Bluff Getaway are within a stone`s throw of all the activities held on the bluff, and very close to all the attractions and activities of Spokane and Couer D`Alene.
The nearest public transportation is about 6 miles to the South. Roads are accessible to cars, trucks and RV`s. In winter, studded tires are recommended.

Green Bluff Getaway Vacation/ Short- Term Online Rental Agreement
Suite Getaway (Guest Home)
This Vacation/ Short Term Rental Agreement (āRental Agreementā) constitutes a contract between you, the online end user (herein Guest(s)) of any third party online booking platform or site (herein āPlatformā) on which this listing should appear, and THE GREEN BLUFF GETAWAY, L.L.C., a Washington limited liability company, Owner, (or āGBGā) with respect to the rental of that certain residence located on a parcel of approximately 10 acres collectively, at Green Bluff, (the āPropertyā). The Property (the Suite Getaway) refers to the guest home, a one bedroom home, one bath suite, itās immediate yard and parking areas indicated on attached map. It shall not include the following areas and additional buildings and outbuildings which Guest(s) will not have access to:
1) The Grand Getaway, itās adjacent yards, patios and designated parking areas,
2) The shop building adjacent to the Suite Getaway (marked āOwnerā), Field office and outbuildings, their designated patio and parking areas also marked āOwnerā on attached map.
By making a reservation online, you agree to the following terms and conditions of this agreement, please read it thoroughly. Bookings longer than 14 days will be automatically renewed every 14 days until the end of the stay, ONLY if the Guest(s) remain in compliance with all the terms and conditions of this agreement. Any monies received by Owner for occupancy of vacation rental indicates the acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this Short-Term Rental Agreement listed herein. The term ārefundā refers to an amount credited to guest(s) equal to the cost of the complete stay, unless otherwise specifically noted.
It is the responsibility of the Guest(s) to be familiar with all policies and rules within this agreement and to ensure all guests, temporary guests and invitees are familiar with them as well. It is our goal to provide comfortable and high-quality lodging that will make your visit to GBG one you will remember fondly for years to come. To ensure this, we are committed to high standards and policies that will maintain the integrity of the GBG for all future guests and neighbors as well. GBG was designed to be a peaceful and private retreat, honeymoon destination, family vacation home, it is not a loud or house party or ceremony venue.
Rental Property address: 7501 E. Greenbluff Rd, Colbert, WA, 99005
Rental Period: This lease begins at 4:00 p.m. PST on the Check-In Date of your online booking and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the check-Out date of your online booking. Entry and security codes are not available until the Property is ready for occupancy. No exceptions to this policy will be made. Guests that do not vacate the Property by the Check-out Date and Time, and leave the keys and openers in the main home, are subject to a fee equal to one rental day. The Property requires a two (2) night minimum stay. Stays lengthier than 14 days may occur at the sole discretion of the Owner and will depend on availability and the Guest(s) adherence to this Agreement.
Rental Rates and Fees: The amount appearing in the details listed on the site per night. Price depends on season, weekend rates and availability, plus taxes, cleaning fees and deposits as set forth below, and credit card fees if applicable. Important: Any āguest booking feesā or charges that may be collected is specifically set and collected by the Platform/ site used to book your reservation, and may vary between sites. Owner is not responsible for any errors, omissions or oversights made by Platform/site. Please read the terms and Conditions of the Platform or site used to book this reservation carefully in regard to fees, service, refunds and all other important information regarding your reservation booked through any third-party Platform/ site. Guest(s) agree to hold Owner harmless for any loss or damages caused by any errors or omissions of Platform/ sites.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of overnight guests for this Property is 6 (six). The maximum occupancy for this property shall not exceed 8 (eight) persons at any time. If Guest(s) exceed the maximum occupancy, Guest(s), any and all visitors are subject to immediate removal and forfeiture of their security deposit and rental and fees payment.
1. Rental Party: All persons in the rental party will be bound by the terms of this Rental Agreement, there is no subletting allowed. All Guests and Invitees of the Rental Party are to be personally known by the person making the online booking or staying at the Property, all are to be informed as of the Terms and Conditions set out in this Agreement, and agree to it, in its entirety. When booking online, please confirm the number of guests and number of children in your Rental Party, by sending a message through the site to the Owner.
2. Reservation Requirements: Reservations are not āguaranteedā until payment of 50% of the Total Rental Fee are received by the Platform used, and this Rental Agreement read thoroughly and is accepted by Guest(s). All reservations must be paid in full prior to Check-In. Guest is responsible for payment of entire reservation, regardless of arrival and departure times. Beginning at 0000 hours at the first day of reservation, Guest is financially responsible if Guest terminates the stay early for any reason. GBG reserves the right to cancel any refuse any reservation with full refund of any money paid by Guest.
3. Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to our No Refund Policy. Cancellations must be made and received and acknowledged by the Platform used. In case of Guest cancellations received by the Online Platform at least 60 (sixty) days prior to Check-In date, will receive a full refund of the Reservation Deposit, in accordance with that Platformās refund timetable and terms. If the Guest terminates the reservation less than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Check-In date, the Reservation Deposit will be forfeited and retained by the Owner. Cancellations must be made by 12:00 PST on the appropriate day. Please confirm the cancellation policy refund information and provisions set forth by the Platform that is utilized to make the reservation.
4. Vacation Rental Insurance: Vacation Rental Insurance is optional, but we strongly recommend it. This type of insurance helps protect your vacation investment if you cancel for a covered reason. Vacation Rental Insurance can usually be obtained through your personal insurance agent and can also typically be obtained through the Platform being used to book the reservation.
5. Security Deposit; cleaning Fee; Cleaning: A $300.00 Refundable Security/ Damage Deposit and a $150.00 Non- Refundable Cleaning Fee are included in the Total Rental Fee, of which 50% is due at the time of booking a reservation. The additional 50% is due prior to check-in. Payment type is specific to the Platform being used to book the reservation,

I am so very blessed! My family keeps me very busy, I feel I can relate to the constant changes and busy life that most of our guests are leading. I have had so much fun in creating The Suite Getaway to be a place they can totally relax, feel pampered and enjoy themselves. I have tried to provide everything they might need in a beautiful atmosphere, and to make it as easy as possible for guests. My love and dependence on coffee explains why I have two different kinds of coffee makers in the suite! I love anything that requires creativity, whether it's cooking, writing, sculpture, gardening or anything else. I enjoy traveling and camping, but I must admit, I really like my creature comforts, the more it feels like home, the better. We live on the property so we keep it very well maintained and very clean. While we give guests all their space, we are available anytime to assist wherever we are needed.

We are situated right in the middle of several u-pick orchards and family farms on the famous "West loop" in beautiful Green Bluff. The festivities here have become tradition and right of passage for local families and visitors. Green Bluff is the perfect place to create great memories together!
The view from this property never gets tiresome, on a clear day you can see into Canada! Not too far to all the Northtown amenities and just a bit further to all the great amenities and attractions of downtown. We can see the weather come into the Deer Park area, or we can be just above a blanket of fog that makes it seem as though it is a lake from here to Mt. Spokane. Living out in the country is a wonderful thing, and the occasional elk and bald eagle sighting is the icing on the cake!

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?
I would say that guests who visit are blown away by the views and gardens, and everyone loves the spa! The gardens make a perfect backdrop for pictures. The inside of the suite is very inviting and has a great layout to enjoy a family get together or a romantic getaway. The Suite Getaway was designed to work well for a group or just one or two travelers.
