Villa Leda Finiki in Latchi, is a self catering holiday property, located among pin drop-quiet orchards, within walking distance from lively Latchi – Cyrpus, with private pool, stunning views and really spacious for a family or party of eight, who can be accommodated in four air-conditioned bedrooms.
This charming villa is set in two levels; it is totally private, with a large sunny pool (12 X 6 m), lush gardens and views over the bay of Chrysochous.
The private pool is set in between lush gardens, it is surrounded by sunny terraces, and it can be accessed by Roman steps. Next to the pool a fully furnished gazebo has been established, with alongside BBQ for those ones who wish to try their cooking skills whilst away from home and a very handy external shower, mounted on a marble wall. The sunny surrounded terraces and the well tended gardens have been reported popular to children or elderly people, who will chose to spend their day home, rather walking down to the popular Latchi Beach. The ideal location of Leda Finiki with the close by amenities, together with the facilities and the amazing views offered can only assure anyone of the occupants for a memorable and relaxing stay away from it all. The ground floor consists of an open plan sitting and dining space, with French doors opening onto the pool terraces and the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite shower, (wheelchair friendly) and a guests WC.

The interior staircase lands on the upper level, which features a second double bedroom and two twins, the three of them with en-suite private shower rooms and balconies overlooking the bay.

All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and this is provided free of charge by the owner, although the use of air-conditioning in the lounge area is charged extra. (7.00 Euro per unit per day and payable directly to the owner).

We can be flexible with check in and checkout time on request. The cleaner may be in the property even after the official checking time and will stay until cleaning of the property is complete.
