Wes have been working to extend and modernise our lovely Norman farmhouse over the last 3 years. It is set in beautiful countryside perfect for visiting Mont St Michel and many other local attractions. It now comprises 2 double bedrooms and a family room (including cot). One bedroom is in a new extension on the ground floor with its own bathroom and patio. The two upstairs bedrooms have maintained their original norman feel, though one is equipped with a modern ensuite shower and wc, and there is also an additional separate bathroom with an over bath shower next to the family bedroom. Downstairs the farmhouse kitchen has at its centre an eight place dining table with highchair, and is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and coffee maker. The huge oak beamed lounge has a log burning stove, satellite TV and CD?DVD playing facilities with an additional single bed if required. The property has oil fired central heating throughout (apart from the new extension which has electric heating) plus wood burning stoves I lounge and kitchen. We are now including WiFi for your convenience. Outside there is a securely fenced lawn and patio are with BBQ facilities and table and chairs in which to enjoy the peaceful view. The remaining extensive grounds include a selection of ancient outbuildings and a fruit orchard currently grazed by the neighbouring farmers sheep.
