Our beautiful award winning Garden Cottage boasts an eco friendly air source heating system providing underfloor heating and eco hot water. Our location is excellent; 400m from Putsborough beach and surrounded by your very own fantastic walled garden. Walk across our field to the highly acclaimed blue flag beach of Putsborough/Woolacombe and use of the private tennis court. A vaulted entrance hall leads to a spacious vaulted open plan kitchen dining and lounge with large folding patio door onto the sunny dining patio with gas BBQ, outdoor shower. A large picture window overlooks the private and peaceful garden with views west towards the coast and the setting sun. Steps from the patio lead to a sun terrace with sun loungers and then on to the rest of the garden.

Off the hall is the utility room where you will find a washer/dryer, clothes airer, board and iron etc and plenty of storage. Two steps down from the hall leads to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, with large shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. The other bedroom has a comfy super kingsize bed. Both rooms have a dressing table and chair. wardrobe and mirror. All bedrooms have TV’s. The main bathroom has a spa whirlpool bath, large corner shower, oak sink unit, WC and heated towel rail.

From the hall an oak staircase goes up to the first floor ensuite family bedroom. This room sleeps 4 and holds a double bed and 2 singles (some restricted head height over the singles), there is a walk in wardrobe and an ensuite shower room with WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

The cottage is located in the beautiful walled garden, originally the kitchen garden of the Manor. The garden is approximately an acre and is a pleasure to behold, there are many specimen plants and trees, an amazing apple arbour, and lots of little paths meandering through the garden. On a sunny day you can enjoy a barbeque, relax in the garden and watch the sun go down towards the beach. There are sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There is a private tennis court for the use of our guests.
