Villasanta De Luxe é novo construído Villa está situado perto do centro da vila Marusici em lugar muito bem, diretamente acima da praia privada (pequena ascensão). Tem melhor vista para o mar, terraços extra grandes e acesso a diferentes praias em 50-70 m de distância para a água.
Cada quarto tem seu próprio 6 m2 e ar condicionado. Também toilette extra para seus convidados. PISCINA ao ar livre e área de churrasco-lounge para todos os hóspedes são lugar onde todos os hóspedes têm o seu lugar para se reunir e relaxar. Nós (família Zuzul) temos 25 anos de experiência em turismo e esta nova Villa deve ser o nosso melhor projeto até agora. Villa também tem um apartamento em oferta e isso é adequado para 2-4 pessoas por apartamento.

Excellent stay

Wonderful …A must visit!

We`ve been in many luxury hotels…we`ve been in many excellent locations all over the Europe… but we`ve never been in a place where the guests can really feel like home and their needs are the most important thing for staff until we arrived in Marusicci in Villa Divina. Well, beautiful and modern design, excellent location with private beach and own pool, best sea views, lovely staff. I will definitely recommend everyone!

Lovely apartment in quiet area of Croatia. Beach area small but big enough for the number of people using it. Sea was glorious. Over 300 steps down to the sea which provides some exercise! We stayed without a car which did limit our options. There are 2 small restaurants and shop within walking distance but that is all. This suited us as we wanted a quiet time together. Goran and the other staff where always kind and there to help in anyway. We had a fabulous time and would absolutely recommend it

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Ausblick.Der Strand ist nur 75meter entfernt man muss allerdings 300 Stufen runter gehen.Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, die allerdings bald eier Wartung bedarf.(Ventilator rattert ein wenig noch nicht störend) Küche modern mit allen nötigen großer Kühlschrank mit extra Gefrierfach.Wir haben densauberen Pool und den Strand genossen auch am Strand standen Liegen und Schirm bereit.

War nicht richtig sauber,waren Hunde Haufen getrocknet unter Sofa , Papier essen reste.Waschmaschine kostet extra 7 Euro pro Wäsche.Das ist kein ganze Haus wie in beschreibung stand,sondern Das ist Wohnung.Oben waren sehr Laute Nachbarn ganze Nacht gestört .Für das Geld hab ich was anderes erwartet aber nicht das

Trotz des Brandes um das Apartmenthaus toller Aufenthalt

Wir wurden von Jelena an der Rezeption sehr herzlich begrüßt und es wurde uns wurde gezeigt, wo wir alles finden. Wenn wir einen wunsch geäußert haben, der wurde uns in kürzester Zeit erfüllt, wie z.b. einen sonnenschirm für den Balkon. Das Apartment und die Anlage, der Poom, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich gehalten. Das Apartment war ein Traum. Sehr bequeme Betten, jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenenem Bad. Die Fenster waren mit Fliegengittern versehen, es gab im Wohnzimmer elekrische Rolläden, auf dem Balkon gibt es zu dem Tisch und Stühlen auch 2 Sonnenliegen, diese sahen zwar stylisch aus, aber waren unbequem und sehr niedrig. Besonderen Dank möchte ich nochmal an Fam. Zuzul geben, die sich während des Waldbrandes um Marušiči um meinen Sohn und unseren Hund gekümmert haben, während ich unser Auto gerettet habe. Die gesamte Familie und ihre Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Der Pool war leider durch den Brand und 3 Tage Stromausfall in der zweiten woche nicht nutzbar, aber sobald alles wieder funktioniert hatte, wurde sich um den Pool gekümmert, so das wir und die anderen Gäste wieder schwimmen konnten. Oberhalb der Apartments gab es ein kleines Geschäft, wo man alles bekommt sowie 2 Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder

Idyllisch

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Zum kleinen Strand gehts in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß die Treppen runter. Man braucht also nicht zwangsläufig jeden Tag ein Auto was uns wichtig war. Der Strand war nie voll oder überlaufen es war sehr privat. Der Pool war für die Kinder zum Baden perfekt. Die Wohnung für sechs Personen geräumig, die Küche ist eher für weniger Personen geeignet aber wir waren fast jeden Tag essen. In den Restaurants oberhalb des Hauses kann man auch sehr gut essen. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner entspannter Urlaub abseits von überfüllten Straßen und Stränden so wie wir es uns gewünscht haben.

Leider nicht Ehrlich bei der Objekt/Lage Beschreibung

Leider falsche Beschreibung . Das Objekt befindet sich nicht direkt über den Strand sonder in der dritte Reihe. Es sind über 300 Stufen vom Strand bis zum Haus . So was soll es deutlich in der Beschreibung stehen. Häuser in der Lage gibt es genug und sind günstiger. Schade das es so was gibt.

Tolles Apartment in ruhiger Lage

Wir können dieses Apartment nur weiterempfehlen. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Fragen oder Wünschen war immer jemand vor Ort. Zum Privatstrand waren es nur wenige Minuten die Treppe runter. Dort konnten wir uns wunderbar entspannen und die Ruhe genießen. Unsere Kinder konnten am Strand auch schön spielen, weil es nicht gleich tief rein ging. Besonders praktisch war auch, dass unten am Strand kostenlose Schließfächer waren, wo man seine Sachen verstauen konnte, damit man nicht immer alles wieder die Treppe rauftragen muss. Kostenlose Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm gab es auch. Auch für den Pool gibt es einen weiteren Pluspunkt. Er ist ideal, wenn man mit Kindern reist. Das I-tüpfelchen war der Ausblick vom Balkon, einfach wunderschön und traumhaft :). Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub bei Familie Zuzul :)

Très bel appartement vue mer

Très bel appartement avec vue mer bien équipé, conforme à l’annonce, par contre personne pour nous accueillir obligés de se débrouiller avec les voisins, immeuble entouré de construction fantôme ce qui n’est pas du tout agréable en ouvrant les fenêtres des chambres qui ont une vue dessus

Overpriced apartment

We (family of 5 with 3 children) have traveled in Croatia for 11 years and we are in love with the Makarska riviera and the small villages between Omis and Makarska. We had already spent 2 wonderful weeks in the most amazing apartments for almost the same price (cheaper than this) on the Makarska riviera before arriving in Villa Divina. After reading the feedbacks from other guests, seeing the pictures and reading the descriptions in the add, our expectations were extremely high. Unfortunately they were not fulfilled... The view is spectacular, but you will find the same view along the whole riviera. The pictures in the add doesn’t show that the common parking and main road to the other villas is just outside Villa Divina, making a lot of noise and passing traffic. The pool is not very private in that matter and also dirty. The private beach is fine, but you will find the same beaches along the whole riviera, even less crowded than this “privat” one. Note that the beach is 260 steep stair steps down. Stones on the beach are really painful to walk on without shoes. The public pebble beaches have softer and more round stones, and you will find them in nearby villages. It is a huge difference! The pictures in the add doesn’t show that the villa is surrounded by old half finished buildings making it look like a small ghost town. The apartment is clean, big and with modern furnish. However, it’s lacking the final “touch” making it more welcome and comfortable. For example: there were no soap in the bathrooms or kitchen (even if the add said there would be), the kitchen sink was almost broken and a lot of the kitchenware were either half broken or dirty. We didn’t get enough towels or beddings for all of us, so some had to share the first night. We did not receive the warm welcome other guests have described and we had a hard time understanding the host (maybe because we only speak English and not German?). Even though the add said there would be a washing machine available, you have to pay 50 Kuna to use it- we have never experienced that before! We also had to pay to use the kajak at the beach. The WiFi is bad and there’s no DVD-player as said in the add. Note that this is all compared to all the other amazing places we have stayed at the last 11 years, in the same area. We have had extremely welcoming hosts doing everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It was therefore disappointing spending our last days here.

Bra lägenhet, men poolen är inte privat. Den delar man med andra gäster.

Poolen var ren, men lite kall. Det var lite för många trappor för att komma till havet och lite jobbigt att gå till restaurangen uppför backen. Men väldigt fin strand. Väldigt trevlig personal och utsikt från rummet.

We were fascinated by Villa Divina

We were fascinated by Villa, its location is really amazing. Sea view is breath-taking! Spacious rooms are furnished in a modern style, maximum neatness everywhere, a bathrobe, first class kitchen equipment. Very nice and kind landladies and staff as well. Thank you very much for your prime service. We´ll come back again with pleasure.

Super Urlaub!!

Wir waren letztes Jahr zum ersten Mal mit unserem kleinen Hund in Kroatien und haben uns für die Villa Divina entschieden und es nicht bereut! Dieses Jahr, vor einer Woche waren wir wieder zu Gast bei Familie Zuzul nur in einem anderen seiner Häuser. Die Villa Divina ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit modern eingerichteten Apartments. Sehr sauber da kann man sich nur wohl fühlen. Der Balkon bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und immer freundlich! Der Strand ist über einige Treppen zu erreichen. Ein wirklich sehr schöner Strandabschnitt, einfach traumhaft. Liegen und Sonnenschirme stehen zur Verfügung. Wenn man sich erholen möchte ist man hier an der richtigen Adresse. Der Strand ist nie überfüllt! Wir kommen gerne wieder! 100 % empfehlenswert!!! :)

Einfach wunderschön.

Wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung braucht, ist diese Anlage genau das richtige. Sehr moderne und luxuriöse Anlage, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Tolle Vermieter und super nette Hilfen vor Ort. Ich habe mich rundherum gut aufgehoben gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Two weeks week in Heaven

Location is excellent! We had an apartment on the 2nd floor with amazing views over the bay and islands. We travelled with a child, kitchen was fully equipped and it was very comfortable to cook. There are many TV channels, we found almost in every language. Behing the Villa there is wonderful grill and lounge area and we used it almost every day. The best feature is that you almost do not see or meet other guests, therefore there is feeling that you are all alone in this big beautiful Villa. The hosts were extremely helpful and yet not intrusive. If you travel with car, definitely drive around to visit nearby towns best one was Omis for us, but for sure Makarska, Imotski lakes too. We will be back for sure, hopefully soon! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!

Wunderschön :)

Diese Villa ist ein Geheimtipp. Eine Oase der Ruhe direkt am Meer gelegen. Das sehr freundliche Personal ist dezent aber steht rund um die Uhr für alle Wünsche zu Verfügung, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön, wir blickten von unserem Bett aus aufs Meer und hatten überall kurze Wege hin - Pool, Meer, Privatstrand....ca. 2 Min zum Fuß zum Restaurants, 10 AutoMin. in die Stadt Omis, Brela 8min. Sehr schön ausgestattet, das die Sinne anspricht...liebevoll dekoriert. Es war während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr ruhig und erholsam.
