Can Marti Cirerer Apartment for six people

Can Martí Cirerer is a charming 3-bedroom apartment with a shared swimming pool, located just a few steps from the famous sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa. Its excellent location allows you to enjoy a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and services without the need for a car. Additionally, it features renovated interiors, air conditioning, a private garden, and pool access, offering everything necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay.



Inside, the apartment has a generous area of 120 m², with a spacious and bright living-dining room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The decoration is elegant and cosy, with abundant natural light in all rooms. The bedrooms are distributed in two double rooms and one room with two single beds. One of the double rooms has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a spacious family bathroom.



Outside, the accommodation offers a pleasant private garden with a dining area, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. The communal swimming pool, shared only among the 6 apartments in the building, is an added value rarely found in properties so close to the sea.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
