This luxury residence is a Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rental. You may “BOOK NOW" ONLY if you are booking a Saturday-to-Saturday stay. Otherwise, if you are looking to book less than the full Saturday to Saturday week, please submit an INQUIRY letting me know which dates you wish to book. Depending on the week, I may be able to accommodate a shorter stay at a slightly higher nightly rate. I respond to most inquiries within 2 hours.

Although our reservations are non-refundable should you need to cancel your trip, there are several scenarios where you would receive a refund if your trip is impacted by COVID-19. Please be sure to review the rental agreement for our custom cancellation policies prior to booking.

The only 4-bedroom residence in the building, this AMAZING unit provides 3,428 sq. ft. of luxury complimented by 4 separate balconies, one with it's own private hot tub. It is available for Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only.

This bi-level suite is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, with the kitchen, main living area, and two bedrooms on the upper level, and the remaining 2 bedrooms plus a theater room and game room on the lower level. The unit has a gourmet kitchen with Viking & Sub-Zero appliances, four fireplaces, 4.5 baths, full size pool table, hardwood floors in the main living area and carpeted floors in the bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with a King bed while the fourth bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. There is also a Queen size sofa sleeper in the upstairs living area

The rental includes transportation to/from Aspen Airport, Local Shuttle Service, Housekeeping, Wireless Internet, Bike/Ski Valet, use of common area Pool, Hot Tubs and Fitness Center, as made available by the resort.

Guest understands that due to social distancing guidelines and protocols, certain services and amenities may be either limited or not available.

The property has a fantastic staff of front desk agents, bellmen and concierges to assist you throughout your stay.
