This wonderful modern 2 bedroom apartment with exterior balcony is perfect for families with children or couples. It is in an excellent location, a pedestrian area with no noise away from the hustle and bustle but in the historic center. Everything you can do walking, visiting the city on foot is the best option and from this apartment it will be very easy and comfortable. In Holy Week you can enjoy our famous thrones from 2 incredible balconies that overlook 2 main streets !!!
The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, TV, internet and a wonderful balcony to the outside. master bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, and a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 and its own balcony, kitchen and bathroom. It is perfect for couples and families with children, it is on the first floor with an elevator.
The team of Homely Malaga will take care of the guests from the moment they make the reservation. They will be available 24 hours a day and will be in charge of welcoming you, handing over the keys, tourist information of the city and everything you need during your stay.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
The schedule for check in is flexible. Starting at 9:00 p.m. and until 00:00 p.m., there is an extra supplement of € 20. From 00:00 h the supplement will be € 30 for late check-in.

We also have a baby kit consisting of a travel cot, mattress, sheets and towels for the baby, highchair and bath, the price per stay is € 30.
The check-in takes place at 2 pm as a general rule, although if there is a possibility, since we depend on the departure of the previous guests and the time to prepare the apartment, we will be happy to help you receive them beforehand. From 9 pm until 12 am the check-in is done under a € 30 supplement. From 12 am the supplement is € 40.

Important Notice: You must notify your arrival in advance of the scheduled time for your check in, if for any reason there is any delay, you must inform the property as soon as possible to avoid long waits. The establishment may charge additional expenses to those reservations that arrive late without prior notice.

The market area of Atarazana is one of the best areas of the historic center since you are located in the center but being a pedestrian area you have no noise problems, the shops that are in these streets are small stores of all life, most commercial streets are only a few meters away but you have the tranquility of a small neighborhood, with squares, restaurants and all kinds of shops at hand and just a few meters from the most important central market of the city with fruit, vegetables, fish and fresh meats
You also have private parking in the area.
Everything you can do walking, since it is located in the historic center, Marqués de Larios street is only 150 meters away .. You can walk the city from your apartment. The nearest beach is about 20 minutes walking.
Bus stops located at the Alameda Principal are 5 minutes walk, from there you can move to any part of the city and even move to different towns in Malaga such as Frigiliana, Ronda, Marbella, among others. The bus station and the María Zambrano train station is a 20-minute walk away.
The city offers bike lanes, a fantastic option to walk around the city and get close to the maritime promenade of La Malagueta, stop at one of our chiringuitos and enjoy the sun and the beach. In Atarazana street you will find a bike rental.
