Prestigious communal entrance lobby with dedicated on-site concierge (Monday to Saturday daytimes). Private residents' hallways leading to the front door. Contemporary and stylish the apartment is open plan style with kitchen, dining, living and bedroom area and full height sliding doors to partition living and bedroom areas. Glazed doors just off the lounge leads to a small balcony area with sea glimpses. Just a short distance is the cliff top and then two minutes walk to Alum Chine beach.
Fully fitted smart kitchen area including fridge, ceramic hob cooker, oven, integrated microwave. There is a separate washing and drying room in the basement of the apartment building.
