During your stay in La Toussuire, you will love to return to our charming and equipped 32m2 apartment after a day in the mountains! You will love the location - ski-in/ski-out to the pistes of La Toussuire and Les Sybelles, and only 100m from the lively resort centre. In the summer, hiking and biking trails are just outside your door. Featuring architecture and design inspired by the classic Savoyard style, you will feel right at home in our cozy space that can comfortably sleep 2 guests but accommodates up to 4! There is something for everyone here.

Our space has 1 BEDROOM which features 2 Single beds and you'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate 2 additional guests. We'll provide you with bed linen and towels for FREE, and a change of linen may be provided for €8/kit.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM. For your convenience, a Free rental service of hairdryers and irons/ironing boards is available. Keep clean with the on-site paid laundry facilities!

After skiing or hiking, retreat to our charming LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa and catch up on your favourite shows and movies on our TV. Reconnect with loved ones using the paid Wi-Fi in the apartment, from €4.90/day. In the early evening, step out onto the balcony or patio and enjoy the fresh air.

In the KITCHEN you'll find a set of cooking hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a complement of kitchenware and utensils. Brew up your favourite cup of coffee as our unit comes with a coffee maker! Share meals and laughs at the dining table with seating.

Our guests enjoy access to a number of excellent amenities and services at the Residence Les Hauts de Comborcière where our space is conveniently located. After a day on the pistes, unwind in the indoor heated pool (open every day except Saturday) or soothe sore muscles in the hot tub. Warm up in the sauna on-site - you can enjoy 1 FREE session per week per apartment, and additional sessions cost €8/day. Hire a board game from the rental service and spend time with friends in the lounge with an open fireplace, or play pool for €2/game.

We'd recommend bringing a card to get around this lovely area, and covered parking is available on-site for €9/day or €49 for 6+ nights. If you are interested in bringing your pet with you, they may be accommodated for an additional fee of **€7/pet/night** (max. 2 pets).

Please note that a fully-refundable €400 damage deposit and a small daily tourist tax of €0.50 to €3 per person will be collected by the resort upon arrival. For stays of less than 6 nights, an end of stay cleaning is INCLUDED, and for long stays of 7+ nights, guests are requested to clean their apartments prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning (except kitchenette) will be provided from €39 to €59.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

During your stay in La Toussuire, you'll love to hit the 300km of pistes in this famous ski area. After a wonderful day, indulge in a delicious fondue or raclette at La Boule de Neige - their weekly specials are particularly good! If you'd like to cook in your unit, we'd recommend picking up your groceries at the Sherpa Supermarché, a 1-minute drive away. Are you feeling adventurous? Make sure to try out the boardercross, night skiing or speed riding available in La Toussuire! For guests not travelling with their own ski equipment, rentals are available at the nearby Skiset, which offers a wide range of equipment for every level of skier or snowboarder. Upon booking with us, we will provide you with an exclusive Promo Code that will give you a great discount on ski rentals when you book in advance!

Please note that bed linen, towels and other Essentials are available on-site, but may not be free. Additional fees are detailed below.

• Dive into the indoor heated pool, open every day from 9am to 7:30pm, except Saturday when the pool is CLOSED
• Please note that the spa is only accessible to guests over the age of 16 or between the ages of 10 and 16 as long as an adult is present
