This flat will be a treasure chest of precious moments, a place to start collecting the best memories of your holiday.
The spacious 80m2 living area houses a fully equipped kitchen. Attached is a convenient service bathroom with laundry. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom (open space), which is located on the 40m2 mezzanine.
Outside there is a beautiful personal porch for eating al fresco.
There are a total of 5 flats in the building and guests have access to a large swimming pool with a solarium equipped with parasols and sun loungers, a football pitch and a large patio with a wood-burning oven and barbecue for al fresco dining while enjoying the garden and the view.

WI FI
Villa vernaschi has a state-of-the-art wifi system but being located in the open countryside, connectivity may not be 100% functional (so far this has happened rarely and only in bad weather). The non-functioning of the connection does not depend on us but directly on the service provider and the state.

The delivery of the identity documents of all guests present is compulsory, for reporting guests to the police headquarters.

- crockery washed and placed in the spaces,
- dirty linen (sheets and towels) stored on the ground floor
- empty fridge and freezer
- the house must be free of rubbish, which must be taken to the appropriate containers outside
If, at check out, the final order requested is not respected, there will be an additional fee of € 50 to be paid in cash.

It is not possible to move beds from one room to another, this can damage doors and walls, the arrangement of the beds in the rooms is the original one found in the description
