Pet-Friendly, Semi-Detached 2-Bed Chalet: Near Broads & Short Walk to Beach

Cosy and clean two bedroom chalet, a 7 minute walk from the Norfolk coast with sandy beach (dog friendly). Perfectly positioned on the California Sands Estate to maintain a sense of rural solitude. Free parking on campsite.

We are happy to accept well-behaved dogs for an additional fee of £30, however they must be kept on a leash on site at all times. Click on 'Guests' and change 'Pets' from No to Yes prior to checkout.

The chalet is best suited for a maximum of four guests (sharing one double bed and two single beds). However, for an additional fee, a sofa-bed is available and bedding can be supplied for an extra two people sharing.

Wifi can be found inside the arcade and Club Oasis, a short walk away (2-3 mins).
Free onsite parking near the property.
Clean bed linen and towels provided at no extra charge.

The accommodation has an electricity meter provided by the Site Management. You will need £1 coins for the electricity meter.

Chalet is a short walk from site facilities which include: Family clubhouse ‘Club Oasis‘ with evening entertainment, licensed club providing live music, cabaret, family entertainment, children’s entertainment, children’s bar, beer garden and pool table (There is also wifi) (Payment is required to enter during school holidays). Nearby indoor heated communal swimming pool (Open daily March until end of October. See notice outside pool for times). Amusements arcade, Minimarket, Dutchy’s Tavern, Children's play area, Gym, Fish and Chip shop, Café, Big Fella’s Restaurant, and Launderette. There is a bus stop at the site entrance with frequent public transport links to the nearby seaside town of Great Yarmouth or Norfolk Broads.

Local attractions include: Pleasure Beach (Great Yarmouth), Pleasurewood Hills (Lowestoft), Stockcar Racing (Great Yarmouth), Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens (Filby), Sealife Centre (Great Yarmouth), Caister Castle Car Collection and Grounds (Caister on Sea).

Suitability: children welcome, pets welcome, non-smoking only (you are free to smoke outside the chalet), wheelchair inaccessible, baby's highchair available upon request. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from parties of all male or all female young people, as this is a site rule.
