Unique four bedroom, three bathroom townhouse to sleep 22 located just a stone's throw to Brighton Pier and the beach. Set over four floors, this holiday home has been designed to cater for large groups with its fantastic open plan kitchen and dining area which is perfect for entertaining, and a large, comfy sitting area.

Kitchen
White stone worktops house charcoal grey units with integrated appliances such as dishwasher, washer/dryer, two fan ovens, five ring hob, American style fridge freezer as well as a wine cooler. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare a meal - whether it's a sit down dinner or breakfast in the morning. For the coffee lovers, there is a filter coffee machine as well as a hot water dispenser.
Dining Area
One large table with benches form the dining area which can seat up to 28 guests or 20 relaxed. The drinks trolley makes is ideal for serving cocktails!
Ground floor
Living Room
Accessed via an inviting hall and a window overlooking the Dining area below, the living room has been decorated in midnight blues with two corner sofas which open up to create two double sofa beds to sleep four. Bi-fold doors separate the living room into two sleeping areas and offer privacy. TV and some board games have been added for those relaxed evenings.
Bedroom 1 'The Snug' (Sleeps 2)
The Sung has a double bed to sleep two with funky, themed wallpaper.
WC
Separate WC with a sink, heated towel rail and toilet.
First floor
Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 4)
Sleeps four with two double beds and an en suite shower room. Copper pipe clothes rack with hanging rail and a chest of drawers will provide plenty of room for a weekend's stay.
Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 6)
Two double beds with plush cushions sitting against a feature wooden wall with cool lights by each bed. The sofa bed sleeps extra two people. There are shelves, hanging rail and a chest of drawers for your belongings.
Bathroom 1
The marble effect bathroom has a large Jacuzzi bath with a rainfall shower as well as a hand-held shower, sink and a mirrored cabinet with storage above, heated towel rail and a toilet.
Bathroom 2
En suite to Bedroom 2, this double walk in shower shower comes with a rainfall shower as well as a hand held shower, sink and a mirrored cabinet with storage above, heated towel rail and a toilet.
Second floor
Bedroom 4 (Sleeps 4)
Top floor bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a terrace. Designed to sleep four in a double bed and a double sofa bed with a clothes rack and a chest of drawers providing some storage.
Bathroom 3
Black marble bathroom with a double walk in shower, sink and a mirrored cabinet with storage above, heated towel rail and a toilet.
Terrace
Double doors lead out onto a terrace with a table and four chairs - great for those balmy evenings with a glass of bubbly.

Great base to explore Brighton
This house is awesome - great location near the beach, and good set up for a group of friends. Only issue was the wifi didn’t work (despite being turned on)

I'm sorry about the WiFi- we've not had any comments following the last guests but this will be checked. The property managers did try to get in touch with you during your stay to check if all was OK but they did not hear back so assumed that all was well.

Good property for a hen do, location was great right by the sea front within walking distance to centre.
Slight issue with check in as on the listing it said 3pm but on the day we were told 4pm luckily we were able to check in early.
There were meant to be 3 more keys in the property which weren’t there when we chased it took most of the weekend to come back to us and no other keys were dropped off.
The only other issue was there wasn’t enough cutlery for everyone so we had to go out and buy more. Overall the property was good just a few small issues! Perfect for a hen do
