MAIN LEVEL:
> SPACIOUS and OPEN-CONCEPT kitchen, dining, living area with plenty of seating/lounging space
> Kitchen stocked with all cooking essentials
> Master bedroom with queen bed+ daybed (converts to double bed)+ ensuite with rain shower
> 2nd bedroom with queen bed
> Patio doors leading to the deck with BBQ and seating areas
> Main level has one full and half washrooms

RAISED BASEMENT LEVEL:
> 2 bedrooms with queen/double beds
> 1 full washroom
> Living/game room with comfy couches, day bed (converts to double bed), satellite TV
> Laundry room with washer and dryer for added convenience
Guest access
> Check-in process is a breeze. Guests will receive an email with electronic entrance, wifi and other house details prior to arrival
> Guests must sign consent/disclaimer prior to using any watercraft, hot tub

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
> Published rates are for first 6 guests. Additional guest is $60/pp/night.
> The Town strictly enforces noise and other by-laws past 10 PM.
>No extra overnight guests or day visitors allowed without prior consent from the host.
> Maximum 4 cars allowed at the property.
> Guest names and vehicle info (make/model) required for insurance purpose.
> Bedrooms are prepared based on double occupancy.
> Guests sign rental agreement with house rules, hot tub and watercraft use prior to check in.
>Lake access and kayaks available from May-Sep (weather permitting). If lake condition deemed unsafe, host may decline use of kayaks. Kindly contact host.
>Detailed house rules (changes seasonally) will be emailed prior to arrival.
> $150/hour for late check out (after 11 AM) or early check in (before 4 PM). We are usually very busy to accommodate early check in or late check out. Appreciate your understanding.
