Lots of home delivery restaurants available nearby. Best if you can download this app called SWIGGY. It delivers food all day long from nearby hotels and restaurants. Your room will have a small manual explaining the neighborhood, home delivery options of food. We have also collated a handbook to order laundry pickup, other support services like (electrical, plumbing, cleaning, housekeeping, doctor, medicines delivery etc.)

Electricity and water need to be used prudently. We recharge for around INR 1000 every month for electricity for monthly stays and rest is as per usage to be paid by the guest directly in society office.

For people staying for 1 or 2 days it is included in the rent. We have a prepaid meter.

- No smoking: The property doesn't have a balcony so no Smoking allowed. It is located on the 4th floor and 6th floor is a terrace and we are OK if you wish to smoke there or outside.
- No Pets: No pets are allowed in the society or inside the house.
- Maximum 2 people allowed. Up to 2 kids allowed free.
- Please keep your shoes off the carpet.
- Please don't play loud music. We have elderly and infants in adjacent condos.
- Any breakage, spills will be your responsibility. Please use the facility as your own house. Security will be withheld if house rules are not followed.
-Any misuse of electricity, internet, water, food will not be entertained. In such a case we will go for pay per use model. This can be discussed.
- Government issued photo ids are a must before checkin.
