Small terraced house, on two floors, with two independent entrances from two different streets, with a room, a bathroom, kitchen, living room and patio on the ground floor and a room, laundry room and sunny terrace on the top floor. It has a double bed in the room on the ground floor, two beds in bunk beds on the top floor and an armchair in the room that does not make a bed but where a child can sleep up to 12 years. It has wifi, TV, furniture and utensils to spare for 5 people, towels, hair dryer, washing machine, etc. The house is located in the center of San Andres, near the Plaza de Las Adelfas where there is a playground, in an area with very little traffic and very quiet. The house is 100 meters away from a Supermarket that has everything a family can need and that is open every day of the week, it is also close to the Health Center and many restaurants where you can enjoy our excellent fish (El Espartidor, Rubí, El Palomar, La Pandorga, El Túnel, Lucas Tasca, El Rincon del Pescador, La Posada del Pez, etc.). Also around the house you can park your vehicle without problems and if you do not find where to park, 50 meters away you have a free public parking. If you prefer not to rent a car, San Andrés has good bus connections with Santa Cruz and the Anaga Rural Park (Biosphere Reserve), and it is the entrance to the park, it is the town from which to better access the park because even you can walk in from this house, we attach some pictures of the park
