On the lake side of the there is a large covered porch with another table with 6 chairs. On the other side of the house is a small courtyard. The house is equipped with other useful services such as washing machine, satellite TV (astra, English satellite TV, French, German and Italian) and barbecue. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms. The windows are double glazed and the shutters have slats. For your car we provide private parking is available.
The house is located in an elevated position. The views of the sea and the coast is breathtaking. A shopping center with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, boutiques and shops for meat, fish, fruit and vegetables is in a few minutes by car (about 2) reached. Li Cossi sandy beach reached by a well maintained trail along the cliffs. This walk starts at the car park at the small harbor. Wearing the house by car in about 2 minutes. About the walk then leads to another about 10 minutes to the beach Li Cossi, which is not accessible by car

The house is a very well-kept house ELICRISO in one of the most beautiful places on the coast. Just 500 meters from the sea, you have a fantastic view of the sea, the Gulf of Asinara and typical of the coast, mark Antee red rock formations. The Villetta is oriented towards the west, and allows you to enjoy every evening a beautiful sunset. The house has a large living room with a large window overlooking the covered veranda and the sea, pool( off in 2021 summer) and private terrace. The living room is furnished with a sofa, a dining area with four chairs and an open kitchen which is well equipped (eg fridge / freezer, 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, wi-fi internet). The two bedrooms are tastefully decorated. One bedroom and the living room have a sea view. The house has a full bathroom with shower and bidet and an outdoor shower.
The swimming pool will be closed in the summer of 2021
