The house is located in a small town on the bank of the river, Terrasson Lavilledieu is one of the most beautiful part of France.
House is very comfortable, large enough to welcome max 11pers.
The house is well located, only 5mins walk by Terrasson railway station, in quiet and nice residential area, 30min from Sarlat center and airport of Brive Dordogne valley airport by car.
Terrasson market on the bridge, ounce per week.
Big super market 3mins by foot.
Pharmacy 7 mins by foot.
Old town of Terrasson 10 mins by foot
Fabulous places like Lascaux cave, Rocamadour, Hautefort castle, La Roque Gageac, Red colonge etc..there are all in short distance.
Another day, you might feel just swimming pool and reading to relax.

One garage and another parking space. The house has 3 levels.
On the ground floor, we have a large dining room, a large kitchen with a table and chairs, double living room with a billiard, and 1 lavatory.
Second floor, we have 3 double bed rooms, (2 of them are en-suite), 1 bed room with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom including a toilet.
3rd floor, we have 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 child room with old piano and many toys, 1 bathroom (only shower) with a toilet.
We have in total 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
Outside, a swimming pool, tennis table.
