Stylish House minutes walk from Sandy Beaches

Catnip House is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Five minutes walk from beautiful sandy beaches with the option of hiring a mooring for a boat just below the house so you can explore the estuary.

The house has five bedrooms with three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. It is family friendly with books and games for all whatever your age!

The famous harbour and estuary, popular with sailors and other water sports enthusiasts, is within 5 minute’s walk from the house whilst the shops, bars and restaurants of Salcombe can be reached via a small passenger ferry that runs from the East Portlemouth throughout the year.

The house is suitable for couples, families or groups of friends. It is available to rent for just a limited number of weeks each year. It has underfloor heating making it cosy and comfortable and has been tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard. It is a home for all seasons.
It has a lovely lounge with amazing views, a separate TV room and large kitchen with woodburning stove.
There is also a hot tub in the large garden to relax in whatever the time of year.
The surrounding countryside is spectacular we are minutes from the golden beaches of East Portlemouth and the South West coastal path.
You can enjoy some breathtaking coastal walks stoping off for lunch at the nearby Gara Rock hotel - recently voted coolest hotel in the UK.
Changeover Day: Changeover day is Friday. During off-peak months short breaks are available, and changeover day is also flexible at this time. Arrival time is after 4pm.
