The whole property is 4000 sq. m. and is entirely fenced with a beautiful lawn with trees, hedges and flower bushes which create a relaxing environment perfect for relaxing and living the outdoors. The large wooden loggia with stone pavement, with access to the living room and the kitchen, is complete with table, chairs, a stone barbecue and a pizza oven and is perfect for outdoor meals. The first floor has a large balcony, shaded thanks to white curtains, with sunbeds and a splendid view of the countryside. Last but not least you have the private swimming pool, 10 x 6 metres with a depth of 1.6 m, surrounded by sunbeds, beach umbrellas and outdoor shower, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a good book.Interior
The villa has a smart interior with modern furniture and marble pavements and siding. The house is on three floors, all connected by an indoor staircase. The main entrance is on the ground floor and leads to the luminous living room, with sofas, a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and CD player and French doors with access to the garden. Two steps take you to the dining room and to the well-equipped kitchen, from which you can reach the external loggia perfect for outdoor meals. A studio with a single sofa-bed and a guest bathroom round off the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom with shower with massaging jets and leads to a covered terrace with a stunning view, one bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The basement floor (accessible both from in and outdoors) has one large double bedroom with a supplementary one available, a bathroom with shower and a washing room with washing machine and dryer.

Location
The house is at the bottom of the Versilia hills which rise up to the Apuan Alps, on a quiet country road in a calm area. Despite being in the countryside, you are close to the city of Carrara and to the beaches of Marina di Carrara. The motorway is also easy to reach.
