The appartment was amazing and had all of the comforts of home and more! So convenient to tranportation and lots of resturants near by.

We had an excellent time and had no issues at all with the house. It's in a rough looking street but don't let that worry you-there were no issues with anyone in the area. The apartment itself is lovely and the apartment block is very quiet. The hosts (Federico & Vittoria) were very helpful and accommodating. A 12:30 check-in time is fantastic and rare. I'm a sucker for French / Italian pastries and there are a number of them about 2 mins from the apartment, as well as several bars, takeaways, shops less than 10mins walk.Naples itself was most enjoyable, apart from crossing roads!!My only small gripes are was a lack of glasses and an additional payment to use the other bedroom (we booked for 2 of us but I sometimes sleep in another room as I am a night owl while my other half isn't), something I have never come across before.

Lovely spacious apartment

Had a great time visiting the area around Naples. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Would stay there again.

Federico and Vittoria were lovely hosts and accommodated a last minute change. The apartment was clean and very central with the train to Pompeii only a few minutes walk.Nice pizza and breakfast nearby, in a characterful neighbourhood,The apartment was well equipped and we loved its historical feel.

Lovely place to stay

I picked this property because of it's location to the train station for ease of travel. Frederico and Vittora were excellent hosts who went above and beyond expectations. We had a fantastic stay. The house was nice and comfortable and perfectly fit our needs. We would stay again.

La casa è vicina non solo alla stazione dei treni nazionali ( Roma, Caserta, Salerno) , ma anche a quelli regionali ( Sorrento Pompei Ercolano ) inoltre si può facilmente. ed in breve tempo raggiungere il porto ( Capri, Ischia, Procida, Amalfi ) Molto importante è per noi, accogliere al meglio i nostri ospiti e grazie per averlo raccontato. Sarà un piacere ospitarvi nuovamente, anche voi siete stati fantastici

Great stay, fantastic location, friendly hosts

Fantastic location - very easy to find and the place had heaps of character and was clean with all the amenities you could need. Hosts were very communicative and welcoming. Highly recommend if looking for somewhere central in Naples as close to station if you are wanting to take day trips.

very clean and nostalgic. located 1 block from train station. About a mile from the action of the city. Owners were very resonsive, Forgot my phone at 0530 on the day we left and they came by to open the unit back up- much appreciated!!

The hosts were extremely attentive and helpful. They met us at the unit and made sure we were settled in and comfortable. They even checked in with us throughout our stay and provided restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We had very easy access to the hop on hop off sightseeing bus as well as the metro, making navigating the city very easy. We will definitely stay here again when we find ourselves back in Naples!

We were promptly met at the time we said we would be arriving by train. We had a small hiccup with check in but only because of how VRBO handled the rental contract and was no fault of the owner! The owner ensured everything got worked out quickly and got us in to show us everything we needed to know about the property. Check out was prompt and stressless. The property is extremely convenient to the train station as well as the location both of our tours met at! Many places to eat at as well as grocery stores to stop for supplies. We had no issues with items working properly and it felt homely not sterile like some hotels. The price listed easily beat any hotel we had looked at in the area and came with a much better communication with the owner! I would ask something and have a response within 20-30 mins easily, and that was before we were even on site. Do not hesitate to rent this property if it fits your party’s size!

This property is conveniently located with a short walk from the Napali Centrale train station. The apartment has the feeling of staying in a hotel suite with its soaring ceilings, gold leaf accents on the moldings, and luxuriously large French door windows which open out onto small balconies. Federico and Vittoria are gracious hosts and help you feel right at home in Napoli.
Soft light filters into each of bedrooms and kitchen from the large French doors.
The apartment is furnished with a charming collection of antiques and mementos.

A beautiful place to stay in Naples

This was a terrific place to spend 2 weeks in Naples. Federico and Vittoria are excellent hosts and the apartment is really palatial in the best Neaploitan sense. Everything you see in the property description and the photos are all true. Better, in fact, when you are actually there. The next time I go to Naples (and there will be another trip) I hope to be lucky enough to stay here again.

Napoli in style

Our wonderful hosts, Vitti & Federico, welcomed us so warmly to their beautiful apartment that we felt instantly at home. As well as being spacious and stylish, the apartment is very conveniently located so it's very easy to get around to all the sights and to great eateries & shops. We enjoyed a wonderful stay and very highly recommend the Marquis of Naples

Location

The location was conveniently located for the station but I found the area a bit edgy. Nothing happened to us but I felt uncomfortable in some of the surrounding streets.

Wonderful place

Huge apartment in the most central area with major train station across the street and buses as well. Check in was difficult because I did not have a phone nor Wifi. However the house had fantastic Wifi. Great place that you will love

If you want an immaculately clean, eccentric, history filled home with high ceilings, with a good kitchen and bathroom, located right opposite the train station from which you can pay 2.60 euros to get to Herculaneum, this is the place for you. The couple who run it are wonderful, kind and helpful. The apartment is secure and the air con in the bedrooms, efficient. It's located on the edge of the old town and only a 15 minute walk from the famous Caravaggio painting, "The Seven Acts of Mercy".

Stunning place in Naples

A stunning property with lots of space. We loved the atmosphere of the home. Federico and Vittoria were incredible hosts, helpful and very welcoming. The place is very close to the station / metro to get around the city and elsewhere. Felt like we were in a palace and we loved playing the piano at night.

Beautiful apartment! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for the trains but it's not the nicest neighborhood. The washing machine was much nicer than I've used in other vrbo apartments in Italy, so that was a bonus. It has a piano but it's not playable because it's so badly out of tune. The wifi is very fast! Overall 4.5 stars rounded up to 5. I would definitely stay again when traveling with family or friends.

Our Napoli stay

We had planned a 10 day visit to Napoli after our cruise. We were a little apprehensive at first but Federico & Vittoria were so helpful and made our side trip a success. They greeted us at the door, helped us settle in and provided some great eating and visiting suggestions. During our stay they responded to our needs quickly. Their facility is a great location with access to bus/train/airport. Our apartment was clean and well equipped - everything one needs. We would strongly recommend this location if you want a wonderful stay in Napoli! Thx again for making our stay a success!

Absollutly perfect

The gorgeous house,make us feel like royalty.The people that we meet ware fantastic.the concerns about the safety of the neighborhood ware not founded.The fresh market and the pastery nearest by.The proximity to Nolana train station(end of the circumvesuviana that garentees seats).But most of all Frederico and Victtoria ,that makes you feel welcomed,wanderfull happy people.Thank you for having us!

Marchese

Marchese is a spacious apartment situated on a busy thoroughfare. The apartment is spacious with great character and it is conveniently located close to major trains, buses and trams stations. It was exceptionally clean with very comfortable beds and linen. The apartment is on the second floor of the building so it is handy to have a lift. Marchese is not located in a tourist area providing guests with the opportunity to observe working class and every life in Napoli, including street markets. Hosts Vittoria and Frederico were excellent hosts, very welcoming and extremely helpful and were more than willing to come by and fix any problems that may occur. Frederico was very helpful on our departure. He ordered us a taxi, waited with us until it arrived and helped us with the luggage. We would highly recommend Marchese.

A wonderful apartment full of character

The block the apartment is in is nearly 200yrs old & like a lot of blocks in Naples could do with a little TLC, you need to keep an open mind about that, however once inside - you enter a very large apartment (I’ve seen studios smaller than the either of the bedrooms!) which oozes bucket loads of charter. We loved it. It is on a busy road, however it didn’t bother us at all. The location is best described as true Naples and not the harmonised ‘hotel’ sort of area, it may not be for everyone but if you want to see a real slice of Neapolitan life….There are plenty of little family trattoria in the area, we didn’t manage to have a single meal that wasn’t wonderful, as an added bonus if you come out the main entrance turn right and go to the 1st café you find you will have possibly one of the best coffees of your life! Also you will be under a half hour walk from 2 of the top 10 Pizzerias in the world Vittoria & Federico are wonderful hosts, more than happy to make lots of very helpful suggestions and it was actually a wrench to say goodbye when it was time to leave, we would go back just to say hello!
