Waterside is a ground floor, modern apartment situated by the picturesque harbour, and walking distance to the town of Weymouth in Dorset and benefits from lovely views. Sleeping up to four people, with a king size double and its own en-suite and a comfortable twin room, as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the apartment is open plan, bright, contemporary style fitted kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with harbour views. Welcomes one well behaved dog. This property is perfect for a small family and their furry friend looking to explore the seaside town. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome. Note: max 4 people. Note: no large dogs. Note: Please contact us at least 2 weeks before arrival if you wish bedroom two to be made as a super king size (this will be made up as two single unless otherwise requested). Note: please do let us know when you book if you require the cot/high chair - so that the owner can make these available for your stay. Note: Please note that there is one step into the property and three steps up to the bedrooms. Please note: This property does not accept stag or hen parties. Please note: Parking permit available for Zone L on road parking (subject to spaces being available) - expires 12/06/2026 (subject to council renewal). Note: Fayre In The Square (usually late May Bank Holiday weekend each year) and Wessex Folk Festival (usually first weekend of Jun each year. These fantastic free festivals see the harbour and Hope Square closed to traffic. With live music, entertainment and stalls throughout the weekend. A short drive takes you to Portland Harbour, and the rugged “Isle” of Portland, linked to Weymouth by the dramatic Chesil Beach. Visit Dorchester, Thomas Hardy’s “Casterbridge”, only 7 miles away, or take a journey along the scenic coastal road and call in at Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens. Alternatively, just head down to West Bay - the views of the stunning Dorset Heritage Coastline are not to be missed!
