There are 3 houses on a 6,000sq meters plot of land, 50 meters from the sea in the area of Otzia. This property is ideal for those that want to be close to the beach.

The "Golden Sun" house is on two level, the ground floor and the independent lower ground floor. The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, one second bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a guest w.c. On the lower ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed that can sleep two people, a kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

Outside there is a large veranda with a shaded dining and seating area, where guests can sit and have a glass of wine whilst enjoying the view.

The house will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
