Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. A relaxation area on the landing with a bench seat. A bathroom with WC.

Outside, facing south, an enclosed pleasure garden with a large terrace, equipped for dining with table, chairs, parasol, barbecue and sun loungers.

Parking for two vehicles is provided in the courtyard at the rear of the property.
