Located in one of Funchal's most emblematic and touristy areas, Golden View by Homie is one of those rare places where every detail has been carefully considered to transform a simple stay into a memorable experience.



This spacious three-bedroom apartment is a celebration of comfort, elegance and the beauty of Madeira. Two bedrooms have double beds, whilst the third offers two single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends, without ever compromising privacy. The two bathrooms available ensure comfort and functionality for all guests.



The fully equipped kitchen invites moments of sharing — whether for preparing breakfast before exploring the city or a relaxing dinner at the end of the day. The open-plan concept integrates the spacious living room and dining area into a harmonious environment, illuminated by natural light and tastefully decorated, creating an atmosphere of tranquillity and comfort.



The location is unrivalled: just 5 minutes' walk from the beach and seafront promenade, 5 minutes' drive from Funchal city centre and 20 minutes from Madeira Airport. Approximately 200 metres away is the island's largest shopping centre, Fórum Madeira, with a wide range of shops, restaurants and services.



Golden View by Homie is not just accommodation. It is the starting point for unique moments, in one of the island's most privileged locations!



We inform you that, from 28 September 2026, renovation works will begin on the building, with an expected duration of approximately 12 months.



The works will focus mainly on the building's façades, paintwork and common areas. During this period, there may be some noise during daytime hours, always within the schedules permitted by law.



Due to the nature of the works, scaffolding, equipment and construction materials may also be used, which may temporarily obstruct the view from the balcony, depending on the phase and duration of the works.



Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to a damage fee, intended to cover repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning costs.
