Perfect location

We loved the villa and the location in the resort. It was absolutely beautiful! We were greeted by Joana, who was extremely helpful and pleasant. We wouldn’t have changed anything about our experience. Access to the pools d beach were the best! The views are stunning.

Walk out the door and the pool is right there, the ocean just beyond. Super helpful staff and great food options.

Great location!

The property was immaculate and the grounds were well kept. The pool was amazing with a swim up bar and wasn't over-crowded. The room itself was super clean with lots of space. The beach was super close and we spent a lot of time hanging out on the patio which is right next to the pool. The market, coffee shop and ice cream shop were great and we visited them every day. There are some codes of conduct that we weren't aware of: no music by the pool, no throwing balls in the pool, no drying clothes on the railing to the patio.

Great Stay !

This villa was perfect for our family! It was spacious, comfortable and the views were amazing. The outdoor patio was my favorite. The pool is steps away and the beach views can be enjoyed from the patio. The pool is heated which was a plus. I would definitely stay here again ! Very nice condo/resort.

Had a wonderful time in Colleen’s property. Ideal location with great access to the pool and beach. Very large and spacious (2) bedroom. Perfect for anyone wanting to avoid waiting for the elevators. Looking forward to returning.

Family vacay with grands!

We needed four bedrooms so we rented the other property next door. It was the perfect set up! It was clean, well furnished and right by the pool. We could easily walk between the two spaces and spend time together.

Beautiful Unit/Fabulous location on the Ground Floor/Poolside

I've stayed in this particular unit numerous times. The property owners and concierge are kind and accommodating. The unit is in a great location on the ground floor near the pool. I'd highly recommend!

Location, location, location

Having to walk 6 steps to the pool rocks! We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. The pantry was stocked with a few supplies and we left a few goodies. It was so nice to enjoy our dinner outside and the weather was perfect. Thank you again for sharing your home

Our second time was as magical as the first!

This is our second year in a row staying at Colleen’s condo and we are set to make it an annual tradition. Everything about this place is perfect- the proximity to the pool and beach, the spacious layout, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds- I could go on and on. The resort/staff is amazing and went above & beyond to take care of us- we spent many lazy days at the pool, rented jet skis, had a wonderful massage at the spa and especially loved our welcome gift of homemade margs and guacamole made right inside our condo! We always felt safe both in the resort and out and the covid test on site made getting home a breeze. Thanks Colleen for another memorable family vacation- we are already looking forward to our trip back next year!

Great place!

We had a great family vacation and really enjoyed this property. The location of the Villa is perfect. You can walk to the pool, come up for lunch to your room, use the bathroom. I did my exercises on the patio every morning even though the property has a gym. All of our friends had rooms in other parts of the resort and were jealous of the convenience we had with ours. The room was stocked with everything we needed to cook if we wanted to. The pantry had all the necessities of home. When we arrived, Francisco was there to greet us with homemade margaritas, homemade guacamole and salsa. It really was first class and we will definitely be back!

The best location at the resort

I am so glad we chose this unit. We pretty much only used the patio entrance to the condo to access our unit. It was so convenient in the morning to grab chairs or stroll to the beach. No worries at all about forgetting something. The condo is huge and gorgeous. Very well decorated and the beds were truly outstanding. Everything works as expected. And a nice touch was the pantry which was well stocked with basics, and a place for people to leave unused items behind for the next guest. It was our first time staying here and we will be back. The resort is gorgeous. And we will look to book the same condo again.

3rd visit - still the best spot in Cabo imo

Third time staying in this VLE condo. We’ve give every other year now since 2019. All in all, we highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Cabo- this is the best rental for families. It is the perfect location in the resort- close to pool, with great proximity/view of the ocean. Condo is a clean, large 2 bedroom layout with plenty of space to spread out. Given this is a very popular rental, we did notice several small things that were in need of repair/replacing that have been well-used over the last 4 years since we first rented. I’ve messaged the owner on those separately and are nothing that would prevent us from renting this condo again.

My favorite resort in Cabo! Great location on the ground floor.

I've been traveling to Cabo for over 20-years, and Villa La Estancia is by far my favorite! The staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating. We've been staying at this resort for 6+ years, and always feel like we're coming home when we arrive. There are many familiar faces with the staff each year; they always remember us, which makes us feel special. This particular unit is the perfect location, poolside. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Colleen was extremely helpful and responsive with our reservation request. There is a nice convenience store onsite, so you can easily stock your unit with the essentials needed during your stay. With the location of this unit, it's very easy to run in and make a snack/drink and/or send a quick email to the office. The pool has a great menu as well, and is very affordable. It was so hard to leave, but I'm looking forward to my next visit. We'll be back!
