Quiet villa, 80 m from the Herrmitage lagoon and restaurants

This one-storey house is located in a very quiet residential street while being in the immediate vicinity of the famous Hermitage lagoon and small seaside restaurants. It was completely rebuilt in 2015 with noble materials such as wood and traditional doorframes were preserved.
The living room overlooks a large veranda open to the tropical garden. All rooms are air conditioned ; living room and veranda are equipped with air brewers.
Two bathrooms to the Italian and two separate toilets have been provided for comfort. A shower has been arranged outside for beach returns.
We can offer 2 adjoining rentals, back to back: "the Allamandas" and "the Mango Tree". A completely soundproof door has been planned in order to communicate the two homes. Our capacity can be increased to 14 people by booking both rentals. The gardens of each house are totally private and there is no opposite. Each housing has its parking space.
Barbecue, cot, high chair are at your disposal. A folding bed can be added in a room to accommodate a child or a young adult and more.
The equipment of the kitchen has been the subject of special attention so that vacationers do not miss anything.
The independent laundry (one for each of the two dwellings) adjoins the garage to avoid noise.
