Unbeatable location

Beautiful, modern flat over looking the Bib Rambla with easy access and great communications. Very clean and well appointed, although the shower is a bit frustrating and very small. Centrally located and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and most sights.

Excellent apartment in central Granada

The apartment was in the centre of Granada, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, tourist sights (including the Alhambra ). It was clean, spacious and air-conditioned, The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and there were plenty of plates, cups and glasses. Check in (and out) was very easy. Wonderful!

We loved this property, the location is great on the square. Unfortunately, the only issue is the garbage trucks come in the middle of the night & they are quite noisy. I would still return as the property is very well appointed, clean & comfortable.

Great location & beautiful view!

Nice apartment with views of square below with lovely green trees and you can see top of cathedral. Enjoyed having kitchen and washer, though no washer detergent provided. Bath is a bit small but that is what you get in Europe, still good overall.

Noisy! Recycling bins emptied constantly!

Imagine a dumpster full of bottles being emptied into another dumpster. This is the sound you'll hear several times a day/night in this beautiful apartment on the Bib Rambla Plaza. The Plaza itself was not noisy, the location is fantastic, and the apartment is nice, but if the occasional loud noise will bother you, you probably shouldn't stay here.

Lovely apartment

We really did enjoy the apartment. The check in process was awkward. Despite a call and Whatā€™s App messages I was left waiting outside the door. The apartment is gorgeous, but the shower was small for my husband and the knobs kept falling off every time we turned on the shower. The location is great, but does get a bit loud on the weekend. That being said, I would stay here again

Bib Rambla Plaza

This apartment was perfectly located for us, very comfortable, easy to get to and very clean and comfortable. The woman that manages the property was very friendly and available via Whatā€™s App for any question that we had. We found them very accommodating. We read one review that the noise of the plaza was a little much into the evening, but we found that we lived the lively sounds of people in the plaza in the evening. We were able to walk or take the bus very easily from this location. It is very close to any number of shops, restaurants and markets. We loved it.

Perfect location

Great apartment in a perfect location. The only glitch was that there were a few broken things that needed to be repaired (shower nozzle, toilet and a lamp). The contact person was very responsive though. It just seemed odd that whoever cleaned the place before we were there wouldnā€™t have pointed them out. They were all so obvious.

In the heart of it all

It would be hard to find a place closer to the heart of Granada. Very nice 2 bedroom unit on floor 3. Comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a view over the Bib Rambla square. Steps away from many of the shops and restaurants around the cathedral. We loved the location. The one thing that was frustrating was that it is noisy at night. City cleaners operate all night in the area. Also, there were several recycling bins in the square right below our window. And shop owners and city cleaners would throw bottles or move them around all night. The apartment isn't very sound-insulated.

The location of the apartment is good and central. The apartment is large and as listed. The layout is odd in that the bathroom is very far from the bedrooms and there is an open glassed in area in the middle of the apartment and you can see into other's apartments and they can see into this one. The primary bedroom is right on the street and during the night it is very very noisy. The apartment is right above the recycle and garbage bins and they are emptied each night and it is very loud. Also if you have a car the nearest parking lot is over a 10 minute walk from the apartment and you have to move your luggage. We liked the apartment itself but the nightly noise was hard to overcome.

Stunning apartment!

This is the most picturesque plaza - wake up to the most picturesque and central area in Granada. This apartment is centrally located and very spacious. The Genteel property group is kind, accommodating, and responsive. They are so helpful and have some of the best property rentals in all of Spain. Highly recommend this apartment for a family vacation. You are maximum 10 minutes walk to anything in the city. Enjoy the long walk up to the Albacin and Alhambra on foot as well. Would absolutely stay here again - we will be back!

Noise

Property is fine but there is a lot of noise from the square which it overlooks during the night. This is largely workers cleaning or removing rubbish etc. If you are a light sleeper this is not for you.
