Race Week Stay

Overall good location if you are planning on doing Ironman 70.3 Mallorca or love the beach. Only issues were cleanliness. The bathroom and kitchen could have been cleaned better. There were lots of dishes that were still dirty from previous stays. Also, there were a lot of bugs in the apartment

Thank you Kailin for your feedback, it always helps us to improve. But when a comment is ill-intentioned, it is appropriate to respond. On the other hand regarding the dirt and that you found dirty dishes, this flat is cleaned by a cleaning team, and that if you had informed us that same day, they would have gone to check it, you stayed 7 nights, we do not understand how we have not had the opportunity to find a solution during your stay and you indicate it in the form of complaint and the day of departure. As for the insects, being in a beach and garden area, mosquitoes are inevitable, so we left electric mosquito nets all over the flat.

Gemütliche Wohnung in toller Lage!

“My family and I (4 adults and baby) stayed in this house for 2 weeks

“My family and I (4 adults and baby) stayed in this house for 2 weeks. Good flat on the first floor with an amazing view of the sea. There are a lot of needed stuff ( iron, hairdryer, sun umbrellas, child chair, beach towel, toys for baby, pampers, kitchenware, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, etc.) It is a great place 20 meters from the beach. The beach is great for baby. The water and sand are clean. The terrace is on the good side of the building (its no hot in the day). There is a quiet and comfortable terrace for dinner for all the family. Also, we had a nice present is a homemade pizza:)”

We stayed with our nearly 3 year old and it was just right for a little family

We stayed with our nearly 3 year old and it was just right for a little family. The space itself is clean and has everything you need to stay comfortably. It's so close to the beach which is the main draw, but the little block it is in is quiet and well maintained. The local area has lots of child friendly activities as well.

Fantastic apartment and fantastic hosts

Fantastic apartment and fantastic hosts. Mercedes and Xisco were very thoughtful, accommodating, and professional. The apartment is on the (beautiful) beach, is a nice walk into the town proper, and is 2 minutes from a large supermarket and numerous restaurants. We had a great time and would visit again!
