Orchard Barn is a lovely barn conversion situated in Stone, Staffordshire. It has two bedrooms; one double and one bunk bedroom. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. There is a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Off-road parking is available for one car. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with furniture and hot tub. Orchard Barn is ideal for a short break or cosy holiday. Note: WiFi could be intermittent. Note: There is a key safe at the property. Note: NO STAG/HEN PARTIES OR SIMILAR. Note: This property only sleeps 6 people max. Please Note: Dogs only, no other pets will be accepted. Please Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £150. Please note; This property only accepts week long bookings during August.
